I was put in a smoking room without given notice that was the room I was being put in. The sliding door was broken, the handle was broken on the outside completely off. Black out curtains had holes duct taped over. Stains in bathtub and scratches. Door stop on bathroom door was rusted off. Rust at bottom of the tub outside. Smoke alarm had plastic wrap over it. Pool not open. Exercise room not open. When I asked for a non smoking room I was given attitude that 'I had a pet with me". Bed was not comfortable.
Staff were miserable. Gaping holes in room floors. Awful foul smell inside room. Told the staff and nothing was done. Told it was cleaner but I know it was the mould I found in bathroom. I’ll never take my family back there. We left and went to a better hotel
Upon check in I was greeted by a nice young gentleman who guided my check in promptly. That was probably the highlight of my stay. Upon entering floor 2 there was an overwhelming cigarette smell and just overall felt very dirty with stains in the carpets all the way through. My room and bathroom were very dirty and poorly maintained. You would think that for $100 per night you would get better. This was my first time staying at a Travelodge and will more than likely be my last. Upon checkout I brought up my concerns to be told he will tell the housekeeping and then proceeded to quickly hand me the debit machine to pay my $300 total. Convince me why I should come back...
This is a very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Excellent value, a perfect night sleep as well! The staff was very warm and welcoming, and despite COVID, I had a very enjoyable breakfast that was served to me. The best toasted cheddar bagel I have ever had!!!!
We stayed in room 104 this past weekend and requested a pet friendly room. The room was filthy, floors damaged, broken exterior door, half the rooms power outlets didn’t work, trim coming off wall, shower curtain heavily damaged, blank out curtain on patio door damaged, smelled like cigarettes, bugs in bathroom. The service was disappointing from requests for enough pillows, a blanket for the pull out couch for our kids, inability to access cable tv, cleanliness of the room etc. Staff were non responsive and passive with requests some of which had to be followed up on 3 times. Expected amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were not provided and difficult to find for staff when requested. We were not offered housekeeping services on day 2 of our stay or an alternative room. The hotel is rundown, smells like cigarettes and poorly maintained. The pool has a hole in the wall with ‘wet paint’ tape covering. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.…
