Perfect location: easy access to the 417. Very comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant offers good food at a fair price, and is very convenient. I typically stay in Ottawa one weekend a year, and this is the hotel I choose.

Hotel rooms are expensive, and I always make sure to book a hotel that has everything that I require to function. The main anemity being a ftiness centre. This hotel certainly does have a fitness centre, and the pictures looked great - however, what this hotel fails to mention is that despite it being located in the depths of their basement cave, away from any guest rooms, it is open during limited hours. Unfortunately I paid a little more for really nothing. The staff that worked in the morning claimed to have their hands tied, and promised to bring up my concern to "management" but I am sure we all know how that plays out.

We were in for a conference in ottawa. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. we enjoyed out stay. I would recommend a gift shop for basic needs if someone doesn't want to leave the hotel to buyy toiletries or others in the cold of the winter. Otherwise all was pleaseant and nice.

The hotel was amazing!! The rooms were absolutely beautiful! We were very happily surprised when we opened the door and saw the size, cleanliness and overall decor of the room. The hardwood floors were just wonderful. I have never seen that before in a hotel, and I loved it! The location also added to the experience, as it was literally just minutes from downtown and the Byward Market! Everything about the stay was great!

I always book with Best Western Plus Ottawa. Rooms are always clean , neat. All staff is very accommodating and friendly. This weekend was no different , excellent . The food in restaurant is always good , nice to have a place to eat right in the Hotel.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Ottawa City Centre. The location was great for getting downtown and for being in close proximity to the 417. The room was so very clean and the beds were exceptional with pillows and mattresses so comfy that we had an excellent sleep each of the 6 nights we stayed there. We heard no noise at night from either inside or outside so were quite impressed. We were greeted each time we went by the front desk with a cheery 'Hello'. We usually ate at the Cafe 124 connected to the hotel because the food was so delicious made by chef Raymond who even came out to talk to us and was so friendly. And the lovely girls who waited on us (Lauren, Julie, Ulanga, Emily, Aian, and Amanda) did a super job of serving the food to us with a big smile each time. What more can I say......it was just a super place to stay! …

Simple, fast check-in. Superbly cleaned, and the most appropriately sized and appointed room found in Ottawa to date for under $250 taxes included... and ample free parking. Overall quiet and not overly big... i.e. no waiting for service or attention, and not crowded or confusing. Simple fast check-out.

Shelly at the front desk and Uyanga from the restaurant and the chef made my stay at Bestwesten plus on Carling Ave in Ottawa very pleasant. Making the hotel my now ottawa favorite hotel stay.
