A lovely character home in a fabulous location, within walking distance to the market, art gallery, Rideau Centre, University of Ottawa and other attractions. Richard is a courteous and knowledgeable host and his breakfasts are among the best I've had anywhere. Highly recommended!

Had a great weekend at Richard's place. Warm room, a house full of character, a knowledgeable host, and walking distance to most everything - what more could you ask for? From giving us directions when we got slightly lost on arrival to giving us muffins for our long days of walking, Richard was a great host. Would visit again!

What a lovely place! Besides the fact that its literally a few minutes walk from all major attractions, It's like being in a museum or a miniature Victorian palace. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in his residence , it's beautifully decorated and the rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean! Richard , the owner, is so friendly...

After walking to the numerous sites of Ottawa we tucked into this beautiful early-period B and B. Comfortable accommodations, scrumptious breakfasts along with a great host made this winter visit terrific.

We spent two nights at this terrific B&B and had a wonderful time. Very centrally located, we walked to everything including skating on the Rideau. Can't say enough about Richard's hospitality and thanks to his inside knowledge of everything Ottawa he gave us an endless number of super suggestions. Absolutely loved his puppy Sandy too! We will be back to...

The bed and breakfast is a nice place to stay in an area near the University of Ottawa. Off street parking is available. Richard along with his new 8 week old puppy greeted us when we arrived and gave us a map with recommendations about places to see. The house is comfortable and well kept. The smell of croissants baking...

We recently took the weekend off and went to Ottawa and stay at Auberge The King Edward B & B. The host Richard was wonderful. He gave us excellent directions to the bike paths along the Rideau and walking routes to downtown. The breakfast was delicious. We wish we could of stayed longer however we would definitely go back again.

Thank Mary Lou S
