The good thing: Breakfast is really good. The maids are nice. The bad thing: The rooms are very noisy. The rooms are very light with no possibility to make it dark. I definitely would try to find another place to stay if you have a light sleep like we do.

Stayed in the Family Room to accommodate an adult and teen and it was perfect. Location to University of Otttawa, Shopping, Byward Market and Parliament Buildings couldn't be better. Comfortable, great breakfast and really friendly service. Will definitely stay again. Toiletries supplied were a pleasant surprise and far beyond expectation. Had common computer available for guests which was helpful. Supplied...

Stayed in the annex room off the driveway. Would be very good value for money except for the multiple problems noted below. To start on a positive, breakfast (eggs benny) was better than most restaurants I've eaten at (both in taste and presentation), and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, some areas of the room were dirty (blinds looked...

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are surprised about the bed because we have had no complaints before and it is a fairly new bed, but we will definitely look into it. This was a difficult winter with snow and ice and we had a hard time keeping up with the build up - we...

Built in 1886, this B & B is ideally located near downtown Ottawa and the Byward Market, you can park your car during your entire stay. We had a two night stay in the Egyptian room to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. The place was warm, inviting and quiet. We enjoyed the jetted bath, the double shower and the fireplace all...

Location and building were amazing. Breakfast was perfect to start the day and the coffee was delish. The fresh fruit especially was a nice touch. I had 8 bed bug bites, confirmed by a doctor. I only stayed at this Inn. Reported to the Inn.

Who knew there existed, right in the middle of downtown Ottawa, an inn so delightful? This was our immediate impression of McGee's Inn. Located less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and the market area, this inn was a real find. The building, dating back to 1894 I believe, is quaint, historic and a delight from top to bottom....

What a great experience in this charming place! (first time in B&B and definitely will not be the last!) The girls and family who run this place do a fantastic job and make you feel welcome! Our Annex “quarters” (Room #24) were amazing: modern, clean and so cozy! It was located in the extension of the main house, with its...
