I am impressed with the beauty of their building, its location and by the owners' kind friendly presence in the neighbourhood, helping neighbours and supporting community. The healthy vegetarian breakfast was a nice break from the norm.

Though I have never stayed here, I do owe these folks a great deal of gratitude for their kindness in looking after me after a fall across the street from the B&B. They went out of their way to calm me down, look after my injuries, and called a taxi for me afterwards. I'm sure they treat their guests with...

Although this is an affordable B&B, close to attractions, we feel there is lots of room for improvements even considering the rates. On a positive note, the owners were friendly and knowledgeable of the city. However, the mattresses and furnishings were very outdated and the bed frames and mattresses in the two rooms we stayed in were certainly due for...

We love staying in B&Bs but of all the others, this one did not present itself as an elegant B&B. The entrance, the front patio, living room, kitchen and dining room look cluttered. At first, it felt very uneasy seeing these but in fairness, there are only two areas that we use a lot and those are our bedroom and...

This was my first time visiting Ottawa and the location of this B&B is absolutely ideal. The parliament is within walking distance and there is a museum right across the street. Hari and Siri were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us coupons for an amazing burrito place too which was perfect. I would definitely stay here...

DBB has two floors with very cozy bedrooms, I like the local decorations and the hospitality welcome from the host, this hotel has very good location, close to the nature museum which is free from 17:00pm, and the friendly family will tell you where has a secret beautiful view, where has good restraunt to eat, where there is special place...

I've heard alot of bad things about bed and breakfasts places but downtown bb managed to get my faith back up about bed and breakfasts. I enjoyed my stay, the place was well located with a museum a minute away and wonderful restaurants minutes away. I would definitely be visiting next time

We had the prettiest place to park off street and the comfiest bed of our whole trip taking in ten different hotels/b and bs. The owners are kind and take excellent care of guests and the museum is well worth a visit - Tiffany glass panels and a giant jellyfish. Good food, fab spa/massage and decent tea - a truly...

If you're looking for a place where you can sleep in or come and go without interruption, this is not the place for you. While the proprietor was a nice person, it was impossible to leave and come back without getting sucked into a 10-minute tirade about whatever he wanted to hear himself talk about. The proprietors live on site,...

We apologize for the misunderstanding, our bed and breakfast is our home and our business. As with any hotelier, daily attention is paid to rooms and restrooms which require moving up and down stairs as there is no elevator. Our pets are taken seriously as well, they abide by a daily routine and we wish to be responsible pet owners....

Very modest place. Old house with hardwood floors. Very hard to sleep at night. Could hear people coming and going when they walked on the floor and closed their doors. They used instant coffee for breakfast. No A/C. Must sleep with windows open and hear the traffic all night. Very cluttered everywhere with dust on all the furniture. Host is...
