We enjoyed our stay and site. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The showers and bathroom were clean and the camp store had ice and firewood. Most sites were private and picturesque but a bit of a walk to bathroom. The downfall is the ONLY WATER SOURCE was from the bathroom sinks and they weren't large enough for any...

This is a beautiful place! All the sites are surrounded by natural undisturbed woods, and the grounds are very well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the store/washrooms had everything we needed. Even though this was the hottest week of the year, we still enjoyed ourselves.

one who want to get lost in nature, no doubt, Pelee island is the best. Moreover the camping in East Park Campground is unconditional natural experience. simply the best! after 11 pm there is noise curfew so we enjoyed singing and music till the time, for sure no one wants to escape from this. couple of steps, there is the...

My two boys and I just got back from a 3-day weekend camping trip at East Park Campground on Pelee island. I read reviews ahead of time, and am glad I didn't take some of the negative ones seriously. We do a fair amount of camping, ranging from car/tent camping, VW camper bus camping, wilderness backpacking and canoe camping, and...

This is a very basic facility set in a wooded area. The campsites are on the small side but offer good privacy. Beware falling apples! The mosquitoes are relentless so lots of bug spray is a must. The washrooms are very rudimentary...and dirty. The showers are very dirty, so flip-flops are a must. Perhaps most annoying are the toilet stalls...

Friendly and helpful. Basic campground with nice sites and clean basic showers/bathrooms. Firewood is available at the office. Cost is low. No electric. Typical lake beach across the road. Bugs can be bad so be prepared( $5.00 DEET spray onshore is $12.95 at the co-op on the island). Long sleeves /long pants help. Isolated nice site so take supplies.

We chose East Park Campground for our four night stay on Pelee Island during August 14th to August 18th, 2014. It was our first time visiting this most interesting Island! We are quite used to rustic camping, tenting it, no services, so for us, this was a most perfect Campground indeed. Small, quaint, and very well cared for. We chose...

I take a trip to Pelee Island every year with my brother and usually rent a cottage but decided to save some money this year and stay at this campground. I did not make a reservation in advance and went to the store shortly after arriving on the Jimaan and they had multiple sites available I chose site 3 which...

Great camping spot, book in advance over the phone if you choose. Hot showers and full bathrooms on site! Camp store has items for sale. Camping is $25 a night+$7 firewood. Bring bug spray and your own water boil water adversary always applys on the island. Great sunrise from the beach down the road

My boyfriend and I decided to go camping somewhere we had never been before. We had heard great things about Pelee Island so we made camping arrangements at the East Park Campground. The reservation process was excellent - Vanessa, one of the employees, was extremely helpful and gave me all of the information I needed, including information about things to...
