Joyce and Doug anticipated all of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and spotlessly sanitized during these challenging pandemic times. Very spacious modernized bedroom while keeping historic warmth and charm. Breakfasts were exquisite and perfect in every way. We look forward to staying here again in 2021, with or without any pandemic. Dave and Jodi
Everheart and its owners Joyce and Doug are all treasures. Staying at Everheart is a first class experience from beginning to end. You are warmly welcomed and shown to one of their three lovely, clean, and well appointed rooms. Immaculate attention to detail and a thoroughly cleaned environment is a top priority for this establishment especially during these challenging times. Joyce and Doug are genuinely nice, kind and caring people who really go the extra mile to make all their guests feel welcome. They truly want you to have a good time on your vacation and believe Everheart is an important part of that experience. Breakfast is beautifully presented and dietary concerns are taken into consideration. The house has a lovely, clean indoor pool which is such a…
Thank you to Joyce and Doug! There b and b is very peaceful, the surroundings are serene, having breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and the heart shaped pancakes were a special touch 💞 Perfectly located for walking and driving to the vineyards or any sight seeing. Thank you again 💞
Location, comfort and food are all good. But I will not recommend it to anyone. We had a sleepless night on the first of our two nights because of loud young people. Never did we have such a B&B experience (and we've been to scores of B&Bs) of hearing cursing, running and stomping around until after 2 a.m. When I asked if we could have a late checkout, it seemed to be an inconvenience so we hurried and left well on time. I wasn't going to beg anyone for favours. I expected to be compensated somewhat for having an awful first night - not through empty offers, but through real attention and empathy to what we went through and awareness that when you don't deliver excellent service, you fail as a B&B.
The hosts are amazing and the breakfast was brilliant. Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location as it is right between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Close to the Lewiston bridge, also.
We had a terrific weekend stay at Everheart. Our gracious hosts, Joyce and Doug, made us feel welcome and like part of their family. Our second floor garden suite in this lovely, restored historic property was beautiful and extremely comfortable. A lush bed, large sitting chairs, a gas fireplace, and sprawling bathroom were among a few features of this spacious suite. Just outside our room, our hosts have set up a small kitchen for guests who wish to refrigerate items or to microwave others. Bottled water is provided. There is an abundant selection of DVDs and even VHS movies! (We watched two during our stay). Joyce offers a made to order breakfast and it is scrumptious! In the summer, there is a massive wrap around verandah and plenty of outdoor spaces to roam. There is…
We came up with our friends who have known the owners Doug and Joyce for years. The grounds were beautiful. Our breakfasts were delicious. Our hosts made us feel like we were part of the family, We hope to return there again. Kathy & Joe
We had a wonderful stay at Everheart! The turret suite was spacious, unique, and the bedding very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and a great place to relax. The pool was an added bonus! Joyce and Doug were wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend the French toast with fruit! A great place to stay where you feel right at home!
Spacious rooms, lovely garden, delicious breakfasts, warm and welcoming hosts make this b&b in a beautifully restored manor a must in Niagara. Nice and quiet while only ten minutes from the Shaw Festival Theatre.
Everheart b&b is a great place to stay if visiting the Niagara on the Lake area. We have now stayed here many times since finding this location. Doug & Joyce are the best people you will ever meet. This year we will be staying here on 4 occasions as this is now our only go to place. Great place, amazing breakfast, warm and friendly hosts.
