Friendly staff throughout our weekend stay. Room was comfortable for family of 3. Our room was down the back hall. It was comforting to know that the nearest entry was only accessible by room key, no matter the time of day.
If you have any dietary restrictions, do not plan to enjoy the included free breakfast -- it is all carbs and dairy.

We have stayed here before and would probably stay here again when it's the best deal in town.

Beds were ok, shower was great, repairs to the main entrance/blocked off to pull up. Breakfast was bad, waffle machine broken, hot/cold cereal, bread. No fruit, 6 boiled eggs 6 yogurt. We stopped at a McDonalds on Hwy 402 to grab something to eat on the way home. I gave Super 8 - 3 chances during our 10 day trip and I must say have been disappointed in all, so will not stay at one ever again.

Didn't get the room we paid for, we ask the front desk lady about the booking and showed her my reservation but she had zero interest in accommodating me. Nobody has since called us. Also the renovations look great but there mattresses are old and not comfortable at all, I would atleast update with some memory foam toppers but other than that excellent the rooms look great

Lovely hotel - very friendly staff. The room was very clean, modern and updated - hassle free online check-in and check out - very easy. The continental breakfast is nothing fancy but has everything you need to have a breakfast before heading out - the restaurant that shares the same location is exceptional- so if you’re looking for some excellent dinner options no need to drive anywhere (make reservations though).

We arrived at midnight and were greeted as if I was a bother. The clerk was irritated when I asked for a copy of what I signed to rest the room for the night and would not provide me with even a photocopy. The beds were very hard and the sheets were terrible quality. They were clearly cheap as they had little balls in the fabric.

"Stay away"!

844817969

This place is filthy dirty. "Stay away", you do not want to enter this sewer.. When we walked down the hall for the first time to get to our rooms all we could smell was cannabis and all we could here was a barking dog in the same room. We reserved two rooms for 4 adults. One room had no working lock, the television did not work and the curtains were hanging off the rod. It also had no telephone and no radio alarm. It had a coffee maker with no cups and there were no drinking glasses in the room. Not to mention the floor was sticky. The other room had no coffee maker, no drinking glasses no clock radio one dresser drawer missing a handle and the same sticky floor.
This is one of those places that after you check in you worry all night that your car won't be there in the morning. Again "Stay away".

Upon checkin was told that I had to submit to a security deposit to deal with cleanup should someone smoke in the room. This is not listed in the hotel policy online but the clerk was good enough to point out that it was in a small notice board on the side of the checkin desk. After being away all day a d placing all used towels etc in the tub as per standard hotel practice and not having a door knob sign to hang for room cleaning or not we assumed our towels would be replaced. Nope! We were told that we would have to request this to be done. Again, this is not listed in the website policy. And when we tried to call down to the front desk the room phone had no dial tone.

This hotel was not what I expected on so many levels. Whoever wrote bad reviews I'm not sure where they stayed, but it has been one pleasant surprise after another. The room was clean and modern, the bathroom totally updated. It was nicer than more expensive hotels I stayed in in Sarnia in the last two months.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful, even carrying my luggage upstairs for me. The only downside was no elevator so someone with mobility issues needs to specify that in advance.

Breakfast is provided and juice, tea and coffee are available 24/7.

The restaurant (Wagg's Steakhouse) was elegant and busy. It was not at all what I expected. They were rated #1 in Sarnia last year. I

I would definitely recommend it.

I booked a room that allows dogs And they put someone right beside my room that hated dogs and as soon as I’d walk into my room obviously my dogs would bark from not seeing me the guy would call and complain about barking right away and they said I had to do something about it which didn’t make sense because they rarely bark. The point is why put someone in the dig area without dogs ? And then not let me extend my stay due to my dogs. They are just awful there would not recommend

Disappointing stay due to rooms maintenance. Windows wouldn't close in one room, floor and wall vibrated in another, old worn spring matresses with no padding. Tiny tvs. You can tell they did some nice updates, but just didnt go the whole way. Bathrooms were clean and nice tho.
