I booked this hotel as it was in close proximity to the events we wanted to attend in the area When we checked in the hostess was quite pleasant and welcomed us. Our room was on the 2nd level and was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Our room was at the perfect temperature and we never had to touch the thermostat. Breakfast offerings included granola bars, muffins and Rice Krispies squares. There are also other restaurants in the area that offer breakfast if wanted. The staff would inquire if there was anything we needed in our room and were quite pleasant as well. If we are ever back in the Niagara area we will not hesitate to stay here again.

We went with my sister in-law and her husband. It was the first Canada visit for them. The Capri inn at 391 Ontario st. was beautiful and so comfortable. Julia Tran at the front desk was so hospitable and informative. My in-laws were so impressed by the amazing service. Next time heading back to Canada, we will be booking at the same Capri inn. Probably the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in. Very clean. Rooms have had good maintenance and care. Not the most modern place, but everything seemed well cared for. Breakfast limited to juice and packaged muffins, but good quality.

We stayed 3 days, and this is the best INN in our travel experience. The view from the window is spectacular. We took some pictures. The water is so calm that we can see the reflection of the view. The bed is very comfortable. Quiet, clean, and detailed accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is neat and clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Near the highway but it's not an issue. The rooms were pretty much sound proof. We spent three nights there while visiting the area and found it to be central to the places we wanted to visit. A couple of miles from Niagara-on-the-Lake. About an hour from Toronto. And St. Catharines is not too bad either. Next time we are in the area we are staying at the Capri Inn.

Very clean, quiet (concrete block walls), helpful staff, excellent beds, great pillows, comfortable furniture, good location, (right off the highway). We were in room 174 with a great river view and rabbits outside the window! Everything worked well. Very good hot water for the shower. Not a fancy hotel, but very good for what we were looking for. Be sure to compare the cost on the website to the cost when you call directly. The weekend rates were very expensive for this type of hotel. Almost same as the Holiday Inn with a kitchenette. The website cost was much cheaper for the same dates. The staff person said that we needed to book through the website to get the deal for this weekend. There is a coffee maker in the room and a fridge. Bring milk if you prefer it to artificial coffee milk.

Stayed for 3 nights in November 2022 when a relative ended up in the hospital. Originally I made a 2-night reservation but needed a 3rd night while there. Very accommodating and I did not need to change rooms. Clean room and comfortable bed on the upper level with a view of the river. Surprisingly did not hear any noise from outside or the close-by highway during the night. Friendly staff! Muffins and juice available in the morning. I will stay here again.

Upon arrival on a Friday evening, Bob was friendly and genuine. The room had a beautiful sunset view of the river and was very clean, warm, quiet, and well-appointed. We appreciated the amenities such as free shampoo, lotion, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate -- these are the little details which make this motel stand out among the rest in this price range! Muffins and juice were provided in the morning and check-out with friendly Julia was quick and easy. A lovely overnight stay in a top-notch, affordable and very comfortable room. Highly recommended!!! R.P.
