This property has been recently updated, which always helps. The location is pretty good. The breakfast was weak even for this level of hotel. It is nice they have coffee and teas available 24 hrs. It is reasonably quiet. The bed was nice, but the pillows are kind of soft and flat. The towels are scratchy.

I cannot say enough about our stay. From the moment we checked in (special shout out to Nickie. Terrific customer service) to checkout 7 days later, a wonderful, friendly and relaxing experience. A lovely and spacious room (on the first floor, as requested, on account of our dog), excellent daily housekeeping (upon request), a delicious (daily) breakfast buffet, and a superb location - 10 minutes by car to Sunset Beach, 15 minutes to Niagara-on-the-Lake, etc. Without a doubt, this is our new hotel for our St. Catharines staycations. Highly recommended.

Very good well run hotel Clean and comfortable rooms with fridge ironing board iron plenty toiletries. Stayed in the hotel for one night after attending a wedding at one of the nearby wineries. Room was ready upon Check in and I was able to use my phone app to check in ahead of time and as my room key.

This was definitely our favorite hotel on our four-city road trip this past summer. Check-in was super fast. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was extremely clean. The bed was really comfortable. The room was very quiet. The breakfast, which was included, was quite generous with multiple options. We decided to stay in St Catharines instead of staying directly in Niagara Falls and I would definitely do that again on my next visit. It's a very short drive into Niagara Falls.

Great location. Great staff. Very clean thoughout the hotel. Easy on and off the highway. Good selection at breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage alternating each day, selection of breads and buns, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, and tea/coffee available all day. Only 15 minutes to Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake. Plenty of near-by restaurants to choose from. Pool is not big but walk in temperature. Overall, we made an excellent choice.

Stayed here recently and it was fabulous. The rooms were fresh and clean, the breakfast options were many, and the ladies behind the front desk were wonderful. This place is a great option if you want to spend time in Niagara on the Lake but don't want to pay their crazy hotel rates.

Fantastic Hampton Inn , highly recommended by us. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. Free breakfast was perfect for anyone. The pool water was the right temperature and great! Look forward to staying here again.

We spent 3 nights and the 1st night was excellent but Friday night in came the children's sports teams. These kids ran the hallways all night and the parents stood in the hallways drinking and partying. Our stay completely sucked because of it. No respect for anyone. The manager Karen did what she could by giving them a written warning (slap on the wrist) but obviously not enough. She did give us free water. 😆 My understanding from the employees is this happens every weekend!
