A warm welcome! A great night's sleep! And a scrumptious silver service breakfast! You'll get that and SO MUCH MORE in the perfect Stratford location just a short walk from the best restaurants, museums, galleries and entertainment. Our Victorian home features 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, bright common areas and veranda, and a lovely garden with a pond and a gazebo for enjoying the roses that give our home its name. We're downtown Stratford's popular alternative to a typical hotel room for quality accommodations!

Once my husband and I got the word that Mornington Rose had reopened after many months of COVID closure, we immediately booked for a much needed get away weekend. Having been clients for many years, we knew that this B&B is the best place in the world for us to unwind. The house is magnificent, the rooms are charming and well appointed, the breakfasts are out of this world, and the hosts (Victoria and Murray) are so kind, warm and inviting. We love this B&B and really look forward to returning every year.

We stayed at Mornington Rose for a last-minute getaway and could not have been happier. The house was beautiful, the rooms were elegant (we had the one with the double-sized jacuzzi tub, which is also highly recommended!) Murray and Victoria were warm, gracious hosts, and it was all just a short walk to the centre of town. And the food! I have to say this might have been the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B. Absolutely sumptuous, served on a beautiful patio filled with flowers. I wish we could have stayed longer, and we'll be back the next time we're in Stratford.

What a lovely review ! Thank you very much ! We're glad you liked the Champagne Room ( yes, the jaccuzzi tub is very popular ) and breakfast, which is now served on the veranda. We try to make your meal something you don't ordinarily make at home, and we love to cook ! We look forward to your return visit in the not too distant future. Keep safe and stay well !

Mornington Rose B&B was accommodation chosen for a recent 65th birthday celebration. Murray and Victoria are very relaxed and friendly people. The comfort of their guests is their first concern. So many thoughtful touches! Served on the veranda the breakfasts were artistically presented, fresh, delicious and plentiful. The room was cheerful and very clean. Coffee, tea and cold drinks were alway available. The patio off of the room was a rare addition where one can read, listen to music be silent or chat. The birthday felt like a birthday with many delightful surprises presented with heartfelt thoughtfullness. To top it off a breakfast to go was very welcomed the morning of our very early departure.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay has been here. Great location, within walking distance of Stratford Theatre, Shakespearean Garden, and so many more sights. This historic house with their fantastic art collection & amenities really made this stay special. Each room in the house had a theme. Our choice of the Ivory Room with the walkout patio was perfect. But best of all was the custom plant based vegan breakfast that we requested.!! Everything homemade from sourdough bread to their jams was so yummy & delicious. We highly recommend this B&B....it was a home away from home. Thank you Victoria & Murray for making our stay so memorable. George & Sanja

We're so glad you enjoyed you breakfast ! Cooking is a true passion of mine and I make sure every guest never gets the same meal twice, unless requested, of course. As well, as art collectors we are happy that the various artists we have displayed are appreciated by our guests. Thank you for the review ! We look forward to seeing you again another time.
