Book any other hotel other than this one! This was one of the most poorly run hotels I have ever stayed at. When booked was told we have free internet, when checked in they put is in a room outside with no wifi. When I called they stated it has ethernet but not wifi, I indicated that it's 2017 and...

Hotel is well located, room prices are reasonable. Rooms have always been clean and the complete breakfast in their lovely restaurant is delicious and included in the room price. It does have an indoor pool...which we are always too busy to use.

Going back again in 2017 for an overnight while we see three plays. Did the same in 2016, as I was granted an early check in and the hotel is next door to a great family restaurant for a lunch and or dinner pre or post performances. Great breakfast provided at the hotel and comfortable and quiet rooms. Give it...

I stayed her for one night. My room, located in the main building, was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi was easy to use and the speed was great. The included breakfast was a buffet which included toast, bagels, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, sausage and assorted juices and cereals. It was ok, not great, not bad......

Our hockey team stayed in Festival Inn at the end of December, 2016. Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a professional and nice lady, Gail, who checked us in. Our team were placed in the Annex section. It was very clean. Our room was big enough for our family of three. The beds were comfortable, we had a...

My sister and I lead tours to Stratford, and we have stayed at the Inn for years. The facilities were good, and those in charge were very helpful. However, the owners have gotten lax and really let things go. We are looking for a new place to stay on our next tour. The bar is closed which was good for...

The Festival Inn is extremely dated and really needs to improve their housekeeping. From dirty towels to broken toilets to messy hallways, this place needs a lot of help. The breakfast would be fine if it were free but the price paid for this hotel needed a decent breakfast to round things out. The most disappointing part of our weekend...

When you fail to plan you plan to fail. Last minute weekend getaway to quaint Stratford, landed us here. Pickings were slim, we were coming to see a few shows and required overnight stays. Front desk staff was indifferent. She was not very helpful. This is place might be wise to be the first to start using robots. She did...

This hotel is in a desperate need of refurbishment. The rooms are outdated . The hot water coming out of the bathroom tap is scalding hot. There are no micrwaves in the rooms. The hallways have dirty carpet and old stuccoed walls. Breakfast is included however, it is a poor effort on breakfast. The menu is minimal and the scrambled eggs...
