Staff is very accommodating and attentive to every need. Rooms are spacious with everything you need. Just park your car and walk to all theatres and restaurants. We will definitely stay there any time we are in Stratford.
This is a gem! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bath will be a nice cool soak. Quiet and in a perfect place. Just steps away from great shopping, dining and theatre.
We had a lovely dinner for a group of ten at the restaurant. Food was exquisite and service impeccable. Afterward we went up to our room to a comfortable bed and a great night’s sleep. We highly recommend staying here when you are at the Stratford Theatre this summer.
‘Chicago ‘ musical was amazing - Excellent dinner in our private area for 8 octogenarians. -bar decor and old style of rooms and amenities was a reminder of travel in England many years ago. - sticky door and toilet but fixable. -fridge worked well. - great parking and best location for shopping in the area. - can walk to Stratford Shows on a good day.
Came for a couple of nights during spring break with my wife. Location was awesome, near everything. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front staff were super friendly and helpful and always asked how we were when we came back from our travels. Asked about things to do, places to eat, etc and they were more than helpful. The only issue during the whole time was the toilet seat was loose and slid sideways when you sat on it. Not a big deal at all.
We were really pleased with our accommodation. Great location, good dinner at the restaurant and really wonderful staff. A special thank you for dealing with our changes in dates and the warm welcome we received. Looking forward to revisiting.
Had lunch here yesterday and I have to say food was absolutely delicious. Pumpkin soup so good and the arachini ball very very good. My only complaint is that portions are very very small. Soup was less than 6 oz and one arachini ball for 15.00 is steep. Delicious but very expensive. Not best value for the money. Sorry.
Excellent customer service. We didn't have reservations, got us a room and even brought us silverware to eat our dessert. Above and beyond. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for your hospitality
Comfortable rooms Great location Good coffee in rooms Dislike discrimination of QR requirements at restaurant, they lost out on our dining revenue Ontario government has revoked QR code requirements, not sure why the decision by the hotel to hold on to this discriminatory decision Gary & Colleen Froese
The fridge wasn’t working. The rubber mat in the bathroom was literally falling apart; I had to pick up broken pieces to throw them away. Hotels of this calibre should provide bedroom slippers but unfortunately, they did not which was rather shocking. I've even stayed at lower star hotels that provided bedroom slippers, so I was certainly not expecting them to not provide them. The room size was excellent. It was very spacious. The jacuzzi tub was great. It could actually fit my husband and I even though it was snug because he is tall. It’d be no problem for a couple who’s both 5ft 5-6 max. Overall, IF I were to ever return there, I would definitely mention this not so pleasant first experience to them and tell them to put me and my husband in a much better room.
