Highly recommend! Very clean, all staff is very personable and accommodating. Murray and Chris were very helpful with my Gramma’s 90th group booking. She had a fall the week before and they were very concerned with her well being and recovery and willing to pivot numerous times with hotel group bookings and party arrangement to ensure the family was taken care of. Vicky was also very helpful with a late booking on the Saturday and honoured the group rate for my cousin. I am so thankful for how the hotel management and staff were so concerned about gramma and made our family stay a wonderful much needed reunion. I can’t say enough about this hotel and would highly recommend. Thank you very much. Even though she wasn’t able to make her 90th party Gramma is on the mend in hospital! ❤️

I pick the Hilton even though it’s on the north end of the trans Canada, it’s worth the extra 5 minutes drive. Last time I was here was during the pandemic and the restaurant was closed but they still offered snacks in the lobby for a price, my last visit was a few days ago and you walked in and the restaurant smelled like glorious grilled meat. Even though this hotel is located in a great retail/restaurant location, (the keg is on the same driveway) I just decided to stay in the hotel, since it was just me and it was already 8 PM… and I was not disappointed! I will continue to come here as they staff makes me feel very comfortable and safe being a single female traveller.

I travelled to Sudbury for a business trip and was recommended to stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The chef is amazing - elevated dining that I didn't expect! I loved: prawn linguini, roasted pickeral and the tasty octopus. When Air Canada cancelled my flight I had to stay one extra night and a full day. The staff went out of their way to accomodate me since I had to leave my room at noon. They gave me a private dining room to conduct virtual client meetings and even treated me to fresh chocolate chip cookies. The fitness facility is well stocked with machines and extras - I had my first two workouts in a month. Felt Motivated! Will definitely return again. Cheers to Vicky, the Chef Alfred and all the staff - you made me feel like I had a very comfortable and enjoyable extended stay!

To begin, unlike the previous Hilton location I have stayed, the unexpected damage deposit of $100/day as opposed to $100/stay seemed odd as this hotel was the same price as others that do not require this. Secondly, I opted into free breakfast as opposed to points. Not only was I unable to collect points like all my other stays, I was unable to utilize the breakfast option as it starts much too late for those who work before 7am. Lastly, after a bad taste left in my mouth from the previous events, maintenance came to clean my room as per usual and moved personal belongings and through out unopened drinks that were in my room.
To summarize, I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding in August. Murray was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and organized. The restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast twice while we were there. Well done!

The hotel was beautiful. The decor, all the attention to detail is perfect. Things like the shower controls being on the opposite side of the shower head so it’s easy to turn on. Looks recently renovated. Bed is super comfortable and pillows are great!

Clean rooms but only had king rooms available even though my confirmation email said 2 queens. Front desk manager just shrugged her shoulders and offered us an air mattress. I was so happy to be spending money to sleep on a mattress and get down graded to an air mattress that you had to be under 5 feet tall to fit on comfortably. Then the front desk checked in other guests into our room after us making for a pretty uncomfortable situation when the other guests walked into our room. Overall felt like no one cared about our discomfort and no one was trying to solve any of our problems. We will NEVER stay here again.

My recent stay at this hotel was a very pleasant , relaxing , enjoyable time . Although it is a difficult time with Covid , each of the staff while still add-hearing to the rules, made the stay feel safe while still very comfortable. The rooms are well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The restaurant from the menu choices, to the friendly ,attentive staff , makes dining an enjoyable , relaxing part of the stay. Hotel is well situated, easy to get to. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sudbury Ontario and we will be returning. Check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. Love how the closet area had shelves to put your belongings on. This hotel is pet friendly which is awesome as we almost always travel with our 2 shih tzus. You don’t always find a nice hotel when travelling with pets. There is a place at the rear of the hotel to walk your dog first thing in the morning or later in the evening. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The service was great and the food excellent.
