Our family had a wonderful time at this campground. Lots of beach space and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Lots of places to hike/bike and we were impressed by the amount of wild life we encountered. My only issue is how close most of the campsites are to each other. They sure have made use of space by cramming as... More

Very good campground, with some relatively good privacy. The beach is fantastic! Soft sand everywhere with no stones on the Kilcoursie campground site. The beachside sites are amazing, definitely worth trying to get one, but they book up the second the clock turns to reserve them. The interpretive centre is a nice thing to do and there are good trails... More

Great camping site with lots of trails and scenic views. Be sure to be mindful of animals and go by park rules. Downside is that there is limited availability of items you forget to bring along nearby. I thought the individual campsites were very large and spacious. A good variety between treed and open lots.

We stayed here end of May and it is just gorgeous. Our site was in Harold Point directly across from beach. It is a large park but u cant beat the views and beach. Just great!! We loved it especially the nature trails and interpretive centre.

I love the nature up there. My girlfriend and I with another couple had our best camping in this site. You should be aware that due to a disease they have cut many of trees so make sure you are choosing a right camping site number if you are booking online or on the phone. The only down side of... Killbear Park is my favorite park period .The water and the beaches are awesome and the rocky shorelines are second to none . Their are comfort stations and hiking trails. When we go we stop at The Detour Store and get our fire wood and ice and whatever else better and cheaper. And I should tall you they have the... More

This provincial park is set outside of Parry Sound and is definitely worth the drive. We camped with friends for the labour long weekend. The washrooms and showers where clean and in really good shape compared to others I've been to in the past. You cannot bring in your own firewood like most but the sites are sandy and mainly... Did you know that aside from being on the Provinces cleanest Bay, this campground has it's own Natural Spa? It is located South of the Day Beach. Here you will find an area frequented by campers, kids especially, who lather themselves up with the fabulous, invigorating mud that is available naturally at the waters edge. I heard that Doctors send... More
