The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is always good. Staff are welcoming and professional. The location across from the hospital is very convenient. It’s a little pricier that some others however location is key.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I was especially happy in the middle of the night that the bathroom fan did not turn on with the light switch. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and we also appreciated being able to obtain sandwiches, soup and other items during the day. Excellent beef stew, by the way! My only inconvenience and surprise was that the lamp fixtures etc did not include a plug for a laptop or phone. Luckily I had brought an extension cord so was not a problem for us personally. Staff, as always, was helpful in every way.

From the moment of check in to 3 days later at checkout, the front desk staff and housekeeping were very professional, helpful, patient and provided one of the best customer service experiences we have every had. There is ample hotel parking and the rooms are immaculate, quiet, spacious and well serviced with wifi connectivity and well laid-out outlets for mobile devices. I especially liked the business centre and adjacent lounge, given that I had to complete some online business. The breakfast that is included with the room fee is excellent, offering tasty eggs, meat, toast, muffins and fruit and coffee/tea. Very clean hotel and well managed. The proximity of the hotel to the Cancer Centre across the street was in my opinion a great feature, and provided a great convenience to my family member who was undergoing treatments, including the option for discounted room fees for medical stays. I would definitely highly recommend Travelway to anyone seeking a quiet, restful and affordable accommodation while in Sudbury. …

The first key card given us did not work. The window was only covered by a sheer curtain which did not keep out the light. There was only a container of cream rinse, a pack of make up remover and 2 soap bars. The pillows and comforter were feather, to which I am allergic. The breakfast was only served until 10 and my husband could not have anything to eat until after his hospital appointment at 11:15.

We appreciate your kind comments regarding our wonderful staff. Our staff is available 24 hours a day and always happy to provide assistance to our Guests to ensure their stay is as comfortable as possible. We appreciate being able to have the opportunity to correct any concerns during your stay, we would have been happy to do our best to ensure your comfort had we have known that your were not satisfied while you were here. Our window treatments provide a sheer curtain with black out curtains behind which are on a track that can be opened and closed at anytime. We are sorry to hear you had difficulty navigating the blackout curtains. We are proud to offer our Guests comfortable pillows which are sourced from a Canadian Company and Canadian Made. For the comfort of all of our Guests, our pillows are “fibre fill”, meaning they are hypoallergenic and also offer anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our breakfast hours. Our complimentary breakfast is served from 7am until 10 am which is a standard time for our industry. We offer our Pantry which is open 24 hours a day which is stocked with light fare, snacks, and other meal options for our Guests to purchase. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on taking extra measures to ensure all of our Guests comfort. We are sorry to hear that you felt we fell short. Friendly helpful accomodating efficient service. The front desk allowed us to park before our checkin time and saved us parking costs. Room was clean and nicer than we thought it would be. We will stay there again should we need to head back for medical services.

Very clean and practical it is close to the hospital. Personnal very friendly . I will certainly recommand to other people that I know who will come to Sudbury for médical reasons or for business. The good breakfast is a plus.
