Amanda and all staff were very accommodating.stayed over a week on business.fell ill while there.they assisted with clinics and made my stay pleasant.im very tall so they humored my silly request to not tuck in the sheets at the end of the bed.great value for the price.very professional yet friendly enough to feel like home away from home! We stayed here 10/4/15, checked in at 4:08; room 102. The front lobby is new, cold and uninviting - and in my opinion cold and uninviting described ssmith who checked us in. We were originally booked for the second floor (there is no elevator) so asked to move to the first floor. It costs more to be on the 1st...

Typical chain, mid-range-priced motel. Not fancy, not remarkable, not a must-visit-again experience. However, the room was clean, nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable - lots of pillows too. Bathroom was clean and had a bathtub. The included breakfast was just okay (bland scrambled eggs and certainly not CANADIAN bacon) but the coffee was remarkably - for a motel, tasty....

I arrived after a flight from Kingston at 2am. I had booked in advance, requesting a ground floor room because I was using a cane. Room was good size, very comfortable, very clean. Fellow at front desk was helpful

Handy hotel to get to, off the Trans Canada. Almost not far from a number of okay restaurants. I hate their breakfast system, wherein you must go to the counter and present your "voucher" in order to get a hot breakfast. I'm too fussy to play Oliver and ask for "More eggs please". Not sure what their issue is......and I...

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night, without complaint. The room was spacious and clean. Amenities were typical for a mid-level hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good, but typical - scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, coffee/tea/juice, yogurt, etc. We were happy with the experience and would gladly stay here again.

Great trip to the hotel, easy access for people driving thru town on their way through Northern Ontario. Hotel was neat and clean, recently renovated room, bed nice though not pillow top, we had a queen and a small pullout couch which our son said was actually quite comfy. It's a budget motel but we found nothing that was substandard....

This is definitely an older hotel but clean. It was a bit confusing getting around the hallways. Bed was comfortable. Had refrig and microwave. Breakfast was also different. We were given tickets for both days. 1st day no one asked for tickets and no signs to tell you that you can trade tickets for eggs and meat at window. 2nd...

I stayed in Room 121 and it was an awesome pet friendly room! Clean, comfortable and convenient. Sliding door opened to a nice strip of grass and trees. Staff were friendly and cost was cheaper than many other places I've stayed in TBay.

Room was average, service was poor. When we checked in I noticed the girl at the front desk put us on the 2nd floor. I am travelling with and 8yr old boy, a wife with a bad ankle and a pet. I went back to the office and asked for something on the first floor because that would be easier...
