Our family was in Thunder Bay for medical purposes. We stayed at the Landmark for 4 nights the first night we were in a very nice update room but it was an adjoining room and the lady in the next room was loud on the phone at 5:30 am. We could clearly hear her conversation. Then next night we were...

I had my sons 5th birthday party here!! I honestly really enjoyed it here! The rooms aren't bad, the pool area is awesome and the food that came with the party ( pizza from the restaurant) was awesome!! I only paid 175$ plus tax for a pool side room which came with a lrg pizza, 2 jugs of pop, and...

dirty hallway. my wife watched the bug sprayer enter and exit. she asked him what he was spraying for, he said bed bugs. we checked our room and it was bug free.the only reason we stayed, we were tired and it was late. the pool was lovely but it was full of unsupervised children. the sign on the pool wall...

We stayed here because we were limited on choice and the price was $109.00. I have stayed in many hotel and motels amd I'm not a fancy hotel person. We have stayed at places like motel 6s,super 8s,comfort inns. Holiday Inn express, Ramada etc. .... I thought this place would be a bit below 3 stars but not this bad....

We choose this hotel for the location and price. It is very noisy. The bangs of doors closing and people talking in the halls seem to occur throughout the night. Once, when I told a woman to quiet down, her drunk friends, having a bachelorette party. threatened me. Most recently there was a domestic dispute in the room above mine....

What a disgusting filthy place. Drove a long hard day and saw all the billboards. Got a quote online and at $109 a night it should have been a reasonable hotel. We checked in and went to our room and checked out as quick as we could. Smokers everywhere including in the non-smoking rooms. The bedding had burn holes and...

We had stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago & it was lovely, but not now. What a dump! Don't waste your money staying here. You can certainly get a better hotel especially for that price somewhere else in Thunder Bay. If we hadn't been so tired maybe we would have checked out & gone elsewhere. I think the...

We recently celebrated my daughters 12th birthday. When we told some folks that we were holding our ‘pool party’ at the Landmark in I was surprised and a bit worried at the reactions….most along the lines of why on earth would I pick THAT place. A quick look at the on-line reviews from Tripadvisor and even I was beginning to...

After a long tiresome drive we pulled into what looked like a nice hotel from the outside. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff member ( the only good part of our stay). We checked into our room and headed down for something to eat at their in hotel dining area. The tables were less than...

If my cellphone's batteries hadn't died, I'd have been able to check this hotel's ratings and advise my wife not to book. We were passing through and in need of somewhere convenient to stay for the night. Unfortunately, a convenient location on the highway is the only thing this establishment has going for it. I really don't like giving bad...
