This is an excellent B&B near the heart of the city. I had a two-room suite, with full kitchen, for considerably less money than I would have paid for a much smaller room in a downtown hotel. Breakfast always included fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and cheese, and a main course that varied from day to day, and was served in a lovely dining room. Other common areas included a lounge, an exercise room, and a laundry. I had to do a two-week quarantine here, and think I would have gone stir crazy in a typical hotel, but Annex Garden got me through it in style!

An incredible experience for a stay in the heart of the city. The host, Roberta, made me feel welcome and at home. From the greeting at the car to the tips on making it a special experience I felt so comfortable. I chose the Murray Room with the lovely deck and sat there in the nice weather. The room was ample and cozy and there was a bathtub and amenities as well. It's a beautiful old home lovingly renovated and you are so close to the incredible restaurants, bakeries and sites of the city. If you want a quieter walk you are surrounded by parks, beautiful old homes and nature. My breakfast was lovely and I could have stayed longer. It was a beautiful respite in the city but, also, in nature too. I highly recommend it and Roberta, your host, will answer any questions and help where she can.

Stayed here for two nights recently with my husband. Wonderful spot and so close to great restaurants etc. Roberta was great and so nice to chat with. Our room was very comfortable. The house itself is lovely, undergoing some renovations but they didn’t bother us at all. Can’t wait to see the house once the renovations are complete. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Toronto.

I was in search of accommodation where I could drive/leave my car and taxi to the business venue I was attending over 2 days. I was pressed for time on my arrival and didn't have the instructions about the parking available in the back lane garage. And bless Roberta who let me be on my way to attend my workshop on time, and she moved/parked my car for me. The room was spacious, bed beyond comfortable, jacuzzi tub was great for an after day soak, lots of amenities (little fridge stocked with water & Perrier, and she brought me a little bottle of milk for my tea at pm and early coffee in the morning). I could go on, but all I know is that it's a definite find and I would gladly stay there again. Thanks again and good luck with the renovations!
