Same thing happened the 2nd night, so I requested for a room change... The only other room available was a room next to Downtown Toronto construction?... We were told to pack up and they will switch out rooms for us when we returned from site seeing... Needless to say... none of it took place and we went back to our old room and waited for an hour for someone to fetch us... We planned on exploring the health center, but we missed our window waiting for the staff to give us a new room...

The rooms are not up to Four Seasons standards...

I called ahead to let them know we would be celebrating it here and I spoke to a wonderful lady who’s name I unfortunately can’t remember, but she ensured she had all of his favourite food and beverage items waiting for us upon our arrival... Not only that, she booked our spa treatments, recommended and booked café Boulud for breakfast for us which we just finished and it was wonderful... They even surprised my hubby with some wonderful French lemon donuts after our meal... Wonderful ambience, great service, and wonderful cocktails!... The beds are extremely comfy and bathrooms are well appointed... Looking forward to our spa treatments this morning and would definitely recommend the four seasons for an overall pampering experience... From the minute we checked in, the valet, Bellman, front desk staff, Tea the guest services manager and everyone in between have been amazing... We had to wait almost two hours for our luggage that we could have just brought up ourselves... We 100% will not be coming back, very heartless staff who not only wouldn't offer a refund but not even a credit or anything of any nature but an emailed apology... I asked the valet desk if they do currency exchange so I can tip... He proceeded to give me 60 CAD and 40 US... I went to the front desk and they properly exchanged my currency... Four Seasons always delivers. This property is 15 min walk to Royal Ontario Museum and shoe museum... There are numerous great restaurants within an easy walk... Nearby streets have very upscale shopping(Burberry, Louis Vuitton,etc)... We were upgraded to a spacious room which was clean, quiet and had a large bathroom with separate shower and tub... Pool area was nice and concierge was very helpful in making dinner reservations/recommendations...
