Small condo, within walking distance of several tourist attraction. Only complaint was not enough towels for 2 people for 5 days. Same with the coffee pods, only 8 pods for 2 people for 5 days. Nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry if needed. Did find an iron and board in closet as well.

I think they have more than one building they work with but we stayed at the 168 Simcoe location-- room 1016 and it is central to everything touristy you'd want to see. You can either walk or take public transportation to them. I also like that although its not a hotel -- they treat it like one by allowing a...

I have booked through premier suites. I must say that their service is great. In case I need a help, I just need to send an email and the help is right away. The place is bit dark, I would suggest if they could add few more lights it would be more helpful. Every necessary amenities has been provided in...

We booked an apartment for 1 week through booking.com and had a confirmation e-mail. As our taxi pulled up to take us to the airport in the UK to fly to Toronto I received an e-mail to say that this place was no longer available and an alternative one had been found for us in Mississauga (14 miles away -...

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
