We stayed here on two occasions in September and enjoyed both times. Many of the amenities and services are not available during the pandemic, but that is the same everywhere. Luckily, the rooftop patio and pool was open because that is a great place to relax and enjoy the late summer sun with a view of the lake on one side and the tower on the other. The room was pretty standard, but the location is perfect for downtown activities and tourist sights. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We did get woken up a few times in the middle of the night by people yelling out on the street and in the hallways. I'm not sure what could be done about that, but it was annoying. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: The shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower do not work well. You may want to bring your own.

Absolutely horrible experience for 400.00 plus night. The hotel was so dirty and understaffed it was sad. Our room was nice but they did not have stocked. No hair dryer, no shampoo, no body was, no coffee or creamer. One elevator was broken. When I asked for hair dryer they took forever and brought up a broken one. Zero room service and no breakfast included. The gym is closed but pool open. Now that doesn’t make sense. If you can not use all the hotel has to offer why charge full price for the night. Very disappointed

Thank you for sharing your review. We are glad to know that you found our rooms commendable. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that your stay was anything less than pleasing due to the availability of breakfast, gym, room amenities and room service, cleanliness of the facility, condition of the elevator and hair dryer as well as the sufficiency of our staff at that time. As we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable hotel experience, we are sorry that we failed to meet your expectations during your visit. Know that your feedback is highly important to us and will be forwarded to the hotel management to help us facilitate all the necessary improvements to our services and operations. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance to provide to you a travel that is truly excellent in all aspects.

I frequently stay here when I'm in Toronto for business. It is a consistent hotel. Restaurants are within walking distance. My favourite time to stay here is during the summer. There is a beautiful waterfront pathway to walk or ride bikes on. There is a Tim Horton's right underneath the hotel. I love it.

There are a couple of positives and a couple of negatives of this hotel. The location is ideal as it is right on the water a couple of blocks from the CN tower and the hotel staff are very helpful. The negatives are the following. Parking for 2 days showed up on my bill for $56. Now I suppose I should accept this being downtown Toronto but it would have been nice if this was explained on booking or check in. Also the hotel is starting to show it's age. Although very clean there are areas such as a broken shower handle that show it is need of an upgrade

Great service. Rooms were newly refurbished. Close to waterfront and downtown. Large TVs, refrigerator. Wifi was decent and easy to connect. Cons - some street noise on 3rd floor but not bad. Did not disturb me. Parking is expensive for In/Out privileges.
