...it was a whirlwind 24 hours in the city with my grown adult children. The Hilton provided the perfect place to meet for our annual kick off to the Christmas Season, this year we had come to take in the phenomenal Trans Siberian Orchestra at the Air Canada Center. The Hotel itself did not disappoint us. Decorations were being hung,... More

Great lounge. Front desk staff is very efficient. Also bell staff. Rooms are nice. Internet is fast. Valet parking is about $30 a day which is a decent price for the area. Short walk to cn tower and front street

I am diamond level with Hilton, so I have stayed at Hilton Hotels around the world, including ones in big cities. It was with anticipation that I arrived at this downtown Toronto facility. My first impression was not disappointing: the lobby is modern and impressive, and the location is right downtown near major sightseeing destinations. However, that is where the... More

Fantastic location. Superb valet parking. Staff at the hotel were never a disappointment. The bed was very comfortable AND the shower was great (pressure and water temp). Ruth Chris steakhouse in the basement AND the lounge was very energetic.

Clean, friendly, attentive and well located. I was very happy staying here. Our room had a city view that was fantastic with a view of city hall. Everything downtown is within reasonable walking distance. Look forward to staying again.

Nice hotel right in the middle of many of the amenities of downtown Toronto. Interesting views from rooms, especially north and fun scenic elevators. Only major concern is parking -- not owned by hotel, but $66 for overnight stay of 19 hours due to triple charges (day 7am to 6pm for $28, night at $10). Lousy way to end your... More

CNN tower, ripleys aqauriam and Totoronto Bluejays stadium all minutes walk away. Close to Train station and subways. Wifi was good in both the room and the common area's. Great views of... More

Fantastic hotel. Great location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to a lot of fun stuff including CN Tower. Great service, friendly staff. Hotel itself is modern and comfortable. Loved the executive lounge on the 32nd floor. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great hotel, right in the heart of downtown Toronto. I only stayed one night but everything from staff, food, cleanliness was first class. I will definitely stay here again when i am back in Toronto.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
