I had one of the best sleep. Mattress was so comfortable that I woke up quite late. Very quiet. The location is great. with subway under the hotel, you can go downtown TO in 30 minutes. Lots of choices for food around the hotel.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We had to vacate our home in Toronto for a week while construction was taking place and chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the children's school and central location. It is an excellent business hotel, and isn't, and doesn't pretend to be a 'family' hotel, We realized that when we checked in. Even the 2 bedroom executive suites...

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, especially emphasising the great deal at breakfast... remember the Novotel children's charter, 2 children eat free, when their parents take breakfast, so a family of 4 can have the full breakfast buffet for only $34.. its a steal!! Cheers, Michael.

We booked a two night stay at this hotel through a third party in March 2017. We were placed in an "unrenovated", section of the hotel and as soon as the elevator door opened onto our floor there could be no doubt that the carpet hadn't been cleaned in decades, if ever. The room smell was even worse. It smelled...

We stayed at the Novotel Toronto North York hotel from April 1-10. We were using public transportation. The subway line is just outside the hotel so travel is very easy. Check in was very efficient. Our first room had a handle missing from the bathroom door. Our second room needed a new carpet. The hotel is redoing all the rooms...

My senior citizen parents stayed at this hotel over the weekend. My mother took off her diamond ring to clean it in the bathroom, she closed the drain and then safely left it on the bathroom counter to dry. Upon doing so unfortunately she forgot it. After checking out and realizing her mistake she called to see if it had...

What can I say? I'll try to remain professional and constructive in my response. I spoke to your mother yesterday and we talked through the issues and you are correct we did not find the ring in the room. I requested her to check everywhere, just in case she had placed it in a washbag or similar, she indicated she...

The best thing about this hotel for us is it's North York location just a couple of blocks away from our children. It is within easy walking distance of public transportation, restaurants and shops. We found our first assigned room had horrible beds and pillows and after 2 almost sleepless nights we were able to move into a much more...

Thanks for your feedback, disappointing to read about the bed issue, however glad we were able to solve the issue. I'll try to follow up and replace the beds if necessary. Glad to read you will stay with us again. Thank you, Michael.

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed at the Novotel. It was a convenient location. There is subway access one level below the hotel, so it isn't necessary to go outside to catch the train downtown. There were several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Aroma was great for breakfast or lunch and Kinton Ramen for...

It seems that every time I visit Toronto since 2008, I would end up staying at the Novotel North York Toronto. For my visit to Toronto in the latter part of August, 2016, I ended up booking the same hotel because - - It is located right above the North York Centre subway station which allows direct access to downtown...

Stayed at Novotel on a business trip to Toronto. It is a basic hotel with average rooms. The staff is very friendly and it has easy access to the subway station on the Yonge Street line that goes downtown in 30 minutes.
