We attended a function held at the Montecassino Place. We thought we would stay at the hotel to avoid driving after a few drinks at the function. The banquet facility was nice and well catered, but the rooms were very Spartan and lacking any comfort. Although the room appeared clean, several silverfish were found running about on the floor. They...

Clean and comfortable, but be aware they hold a lot of functions here, and although they have quiet policy for residents after 11pm, this doesn't mean the parties finish early! After two consecutive nights of noise, I had enough and changed to a more central hotel.

The reception area and is nice, also the corridors. Room are extremely old style. Old (probably 10++ years old) furniture, with a lots of signs and damages, old tube tv, peeling wallpaper, damaged, dirty carpet. The bath was OK.

Great on price...Also a great place to host a party .... Although they do not have a pool and their fitness room is rather small. There is free breakfast but I'd say they need more of a selection. They also have free WI-FI but it tends to be a bit slow. Other then that it's a good place to stay...

Stayed here in September for AC/DC concert at Downsview park. The location was excellent, just a short walk. Rooms were very spacious with a sitting area in each, bed rooms separate. Yes some of the rooms were a little dated (3 couples so saw 3 different rooms) but they were clean and it looks as if they are renovating some...

Stayed here 2 nights and although I don't really have anything bad to say, I don't really have much good either. The location seemed sketchy - especially since I arrived after dark. It's in an industrial area with little to no restaurants you can walk to. The staff were nice enough and the rooms were decent - but it was...

It's outdated. No particular horror story to report, but the beds aren't particularly comfortable, they don't have rollaway cots, and it is pretty annoying that you have to carry around a physical key instead of a keycard. Breakfast in the morning is pretty underwhelming.

This hotel is actually a pretty big joke, from start to finish my stay was incredibly underwhelming. In today's standards of hotels the Montecassino misses the mark by a full block. The rooms are very outdated, worn, and dingy. The towels have hair in them, the mattresses are a big bag of springs, and there are just general signs of...

We stayed here during a visit to Toronto. The hotel is located a 15km walk from downsview metro station which brings you to union station in 35min. The hotel offers a "breakfast", which is coffee (if you're lucky) and some dry toast bread. The rooms are quite spacious but outdated and ours not that clean. We were making a trip...

They didn't care that their internet didn't work, they didn't offer a solution that worked, they didn't offer a discount or a complementary room, they just don't care. It was EXTREMELY annoying when they told me, "the internet is complementary, so accordingly, we do not need to offer you compensation for a complementary service that does not work." I needed...
