Apart from traffic congestion in downtown, the place is a home away from home. The facilities in the room enabled me to eat food loaded by my wife, from home. There is adequate Car Park there and the lift works. Staff are always on hand for anyone needing help. I sincerely enjoyed my stay there.

Found this location while searching net. Very reasonable for near downtown. Clean rooms with kitchen etc. Very comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Will be going back....WARNING...do not use the 888 phone number as this goes to a USA BASED reservation call Getaroom. The problem is their rep doesn't tell you that you are paying for a Canadian hotel in Canada...

We stayed there for one week, it's near transport such as street car, bus and you can walk if you want cause everything is near the hotel. Some groceries market and stores. Every day they clean the room and change the towel.

Offering a prime location to downtown Toronto, we were easily able to park & walk to wherever we needed to go - The rooms inside were all recently renovated and clean with ample space for two persons. Impressive was the full size fridge and large counter/kitchen space. Rooms facing east give a nice view of the CN Tower & downtown...

The initial location and quality of the hotel has a lot left to be desired but the central location makes up for many flaws. Being right next to China Town and Kensington Markets is great for this hotel. However might take my business elsewhere that has higher standards of cleanliness for the bedding, kitchenette and bathroom.

Felt very safe with the 24 hour reception.A few small cosmetic repairs needed in the room we were in, but the did not take away from the overall experience, The kitchenette had everything necessary to eat in, but lovely restaurants a short walk away. very friendly staff...
