Enjoyed my stay here. The location is amazing as you're in the heart of Toronto downtown. Staff are friendly. They don't have many internal facilities but there's a good gym next door where you can pay for a one time pass which is actually better...More
Staff at this hotel very helpful. Rooms are very small but clean and okay for a short stay.
Wifi isn't free but we had a problem getting it in our room that we didn't get charged in the end. (They really shouldn't charge for wifi...More
I loved this stay. The only thing would have been better would have been wi-fi included. For the price, one would think it would be included. Aside from that, a great stay.
Buffet breakfast was not the greatest. Rather bland food. Better off eating at...More
Less than a block from Union Station! So a quick hop onto the airport express train, and you can be in and out in a flash. Nicely appointed, well maintained, clean, courteous staff, reasonable rates, pushed all the right buttons - right? Except the bedside...More

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
Hi marilyn, wasn't in the restaurant as it wasn't part of the package I got, however numerous eateries around and very close by. Right in front of the hotel is Tim Horton's ( for avid lovers of timmies ).
