We were on a 10 hour layover, coming back from Dominican. Very overpriced, dishes in the hallway. Went down for a bite to eat, $12.00 for a glass of wine, food was rediculousy priced, staff on their cell phones. Will "never" stay there again!

I visited Toronto for a trade show, which was near the Pearson airport. I thought it probably best to stay near the airport. This hotel was pretty much the last thing available near the trade show, so I booked it. Next time, I would rather fly into Billy Bishop, stay downtown and Uber/cab to the trade show. The hotel was...

No amenities, at all, no food on site. Issues with no parking. Bed comfortable, poor water pressure, no hot water in the morning. Towel hook broke off door. Shuttle only every hour & the van was cold.

We stayed at this hotel for a night in between flights. We picked this hotel as it had a free airport shuttle and continental breakfast. We booked months ahead of our stay and contacted the hotel when we booked to enquire about how to access the airport shuttle as no information was given on the website, nor in confirmation emails...

When we arrived at the hotel, we were unimpressed. While in a great location relative to the airport and the various West end highways, the hotel looked lonely and dated. Set in a semi industrial area, it is a small old hotel with nothing around it but businesses. The checkin process was quick and friendly and the free wi fi...

I would like to start from the registration. What I did like a lot was no artificial smile all over the face, but pleasant greeting and efficient check-in. When we entered our room, it was specious and clean, without that hotel carpet-floor smell. The bed and the sheets where very comfortable, the HVAC system was efficient and quiet. We had...

The customer service at this hotel is very poor. The desk clerk (I think he may have been the manager) was very rude. I called from Pearson Airport for a shuttle to the hotel and the gentleman who answered was abrupt and argumentative on the phone. I felt unwelcome before I even arrived at the hotel! When I arrived at...

My friends and I stayed here the night before our early morning flight because of the free airport shuttle. We didn't expect much, but were left less than impressed. The room they gave us looked like the sheets hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There were white liquid stains on the head board and red and yellow stains in the sheets....

Shuttle arrived quickly after calling the hotel from the airport, and efficient check in process. Free wifi without having to ask. It's not the prettiest hotel, and all airport hotels suffer a little, but perfectly OK for a comfortable nights sleep after a long flight. Slightly off that my room on the 5th floor has no curtains, just some net?
