The room was exactly as advertised on the hotel web site. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included in the cost of the stay had a really good variety. I highly recommend this hotel.
I went with a friend for an overnight stay and this hotel is beautiful. We did get the Prestige Queen beds and it was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the location was the best right across from the Air Canada Centre and a short...More
This quiet and friendly hotel can definitely be considered "boutique". Very close to the "Maple Leaf Forum" (old name for the hockey rink) and Union Station for trains and subways. Access to the underground shopping malls is across the street and a very large supermarket...More

I was pleased to read how much you enjoyed all the different aspects of our hotel and service and have shared your comments with the team.
Across the street from Union and the PATH, right next to Scotiabank arena (the old ACC). Great location, good bar downstairs (with surprisingly good food actually), nice rooms - you are pretty much well set if you stay there...
I’ve been staying at Le Germain pretty regularly when I have to go to our Toronto office.

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
