Expect to be pampered, Le Germain Maple Leaf Square is a quality treat. Attention to detail, smart security, and a very friendly staff made Le Germain a great experience, one to remember. Leafs and Raptors fans alike, try it, you'll love it.
I booked directly with the hotel which was very easy. I had a simple request and it was met. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Everything you need is in the room~ Nespresso machine , hair dryer, iron and all your toiletries. The large rain shower was delightful. We slept great on the super comfortable bed and linens. The front desk staff and bell hops were very attentive. Tatiana, the concierge was amazing and so passionate about her job. She was a great help with navigating us through the city on a rainy day. The hotel location was perfect for our needs. An extremely pleasant stay! See you again soon!!!
AMAZING! It was a mom/daughter concert trip and I chose this hotel for its location. I mentioned that it was a Xmas getaway and we entered our room to find Xmas decorations, chocolates, and an elf on the shelf with a handwritten note. The personal touch really started our trip off on a good note, it meant a lot to us (thanks to concierge Jorge!). The bed was beyond comfortable and being just us 2 girls, we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. In terms of proximity to the concert at Scotiabank arena, we were able to go from our concert seat to our hotel room in less than 5 minutes, so convenient! Our walk from the train at union station to the hotel took about 8 mins indoors. Also, the room service was top notch. It was quick and so delicious, I don’t think I’ve had a better Caesar salad not to mention how perfect the steak was. We will 100% be back to this gem of a hotel, I don’t think it can be topped in our books!…
This is our go to hotel when we stay in downtown Toronto. It’s right next to Scotiabank arena and you don’t even need to walk outside to get there. I wish I had asked the front desk how to get to the restaurant we had reservations for a few blocks down. There are connected pedways throughout the buildings, but my dumba$$ made us walk outside and around in the blistering cold. After dinner we travelled through these pedways to get back to the hotel and stopped along the way to shop at a few stores to my girls’ delight! The rooms were beautiful and modern. We got an upgrade to a corner luxury room so we can see the CN tower, the aquarium and Rogers Centre. As usual, all the staff were incredibly pleasant! We had a car and used valet parking. Our car was in the front before we even got down to the lobby! Excellent service!…
Their Romantic package made the whole experience one of a kind. Great place to stay. It's in the center of all the great places to visit in Toronto, especially if you have a game at The Scotiabank arena. It's right next to Scotiabank arena and a few minutes walk to Rogers Center and CN tower.
We had one of the best hotel stays ever last weekend at this hotel. I had contacted the concierge earlier and had mentioned I was taking my husband to Toronto for a surprise 60th birthday trip to see the Maple Leafs play a home game (he is a huge fan!) When we arrived at our room there was a Happy Birthday sign and balloons and some treats. What a nice surprise! The room was amazing and the service we received was top notch. Thanks for making this the best weekend for us!
My husband and I planned a week long trip to Toronto and were very happy that we chose Le Germain Maple Leaf Square for our visit. Our room was spacious, comfortable, bright and featured elegant modern decor. The location was excellent, a walk or short cab ride to the many attractions, shopping and great restaurants that Toronto has to offer. We also enjoyed the bar in the lobby and the restaurant adjoining the hotel. There’s even a full grocery store located on the lower level! We wanted to visit the Niagara Falls region during our stay and on short notice, Tatiana, the concierge, arranged a wonderful day trip for us. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and put together a spectacular excursion that exceeded our expectations! Thank you again, Tatiana for all you help and patience! We would have given a five star rating for the hotel except the fitness center was disappointing; just several cardio machines and one was broken, and no strength training equipment. Also, the water pressure and hot water in the shower was inconsistent. …
We did our research on downtown Toronto hotels to select as a home base for our out of town wedding guests and chose Le Germain at Maple Leaf Square. The staff were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were spacious and nice with very comfortable beds. The lobby is an oasis from the busy downtown scene. They also had great space to host a brunch for out of towners. It worked out perfectly and was a great experience. Shoutout to Frederick Tran in the sales office for doing an amazing job helping us to coordinate everything.
Unexpected surprise! This is a boutique hotel with five-star services. Everything from check-in through check out was seemless. The room had modern, but elegant furnishings. The rain shower was amazing. The breakfast buffet was included and it was delicious- much like what one might get in a European hotel than a north american one. I would stay here and recommend this to anyone!
Spent 5 days in Toronto for our Anniversary and we visited a lot of restaurants and bars during our stay while attending a few Blue Jay's games. But for some reason we would always end up at this bar for another visit. This is all because of the great service we received during our visits. We want to acknowledge the Great service from Barry. He would always great us with Welcome Home! No matter how busy he was he would always tend to us, even during peak hours. Cheers Barry to making our visit to Toronto memorable.
