Stayed at the Courtyard for 2 nights on business. It is always my first choice when staying for business in the airport area. The hotel staff is always professional, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The Bistro in the lobby is handy for evening drinks and morning coffee. Have never eaten there but they...

Check in: Fast and courteous Location: near the airport, close to the Toronto Convention center Staff: Very polite Facilities: Nice lobby, good sized pool but needs a refresh and the gym is just basic Rooms: Old furniture, small counter to put your toiletries, heating system a touch noisy.Beds are below par for a Marriott Courtyard. The room, except for the windows, was good. However, it may be a good idea to check out the windows; ours were not cleaned at all. Lip prints, finger prints, and even lipstick on one corner were clearly visible. Beds were hard. Check-in/out was speedy.

Overall this is a nice hotel with very friendly staff but they have a habit of allowing kids groups (hockey and other) to loudly roam the halls at night. I have had this happen to me more than once and the staff tries to control it but frankly it doesn't do the other guests any good to be loudly woken...

Checked into the hotel late night after flying in from Europe in order to get some rest before our 4hr drive home. We were woken up at 3AM when a loud group of people arrived at the room next door. It sounded like there were at least 8-10 people in the room talking loudly, laughing, yelling, etc. We waited for...

Stayed one night between flights at the Courtyard at Toronto Pearson while on business travel. Slept just fine and found the staff to be absolutely great. The hotel is a few miles from the airport but still offers a shuttle to and from the hotel. The location of the hotel is fine - fairly quiet and yet with some restaurant...

We showed up late after a long day of travel, 12:30 am to be precise, and we were leaving at 5:00 am, so we weren't expecting much sleep. There was constant partying, from several rooms until after we left, we meet young people with open bottles of Jack Daniels in the lobby. I think we should have caught on when...

Since when does Marriott become the downgrade of an old Hampton. Check my images, complete with the stock Hampton countertop at check in and the standard fireplace across from it. Rooms and interior very dated, and shuttle took forever to get there. Not much else to say. Isn't terrible, but below what I've come to expect of Courtyards.

We stayed only one night, arriving late and leaving early the next morning. The shuttle to and from Pearson was easy to find and quick. The room was fine ... clean but somewhat dated.
