A very pleasant one night stay at this airport hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet - just what we needed after a long haul 15 hour flight from Hong Kong. The lady who drove the shuttle that picked us up from the airport was absolutely lovely - so sorry we didn’t get her name. Very nice and most helpful receptionist checked us in. A more than adequate breakfast served in the morning. Simple but everything you needed to start the day. Delightful young lady Jashndeep kept on top of clearing tables very efficiently. Thank you to all who made our one night stay such a successful one.

All the staff and services were excellent here. Very clean room and hotel. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. I’ll definitely return here again. Bonus-bus stops in front if you want to get to Toronto quickly. There are food places nearby, too.

We have been staying at this Best Western for a number of years before we take a trip. They have continued to provide good service and have kept the amenities up to date. The new coffee machine in the lobby is one such improvement, and the new towels are lovely. The service, as always, was flawless.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I originally booked one night but ended up adding a second night the next day. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, room was cozy and the bed was super comfy.

First, we waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Called twice. Second, bugs in room; employee at front desk insisted they were ants and asked if we could remain in room. They were not ants and not in the bed. Said he had no other rooms but came up with another one. This one had hair one the floor and several in the bed. Gave us new linen and we had to change the bed ourselves. This is not the first review regarding hair in the bed.

Hotel is very clean, nice, comfortable, and staff made you fell welcome. Rooms are big. Bead is so comfortable. Pillows fluffy. Sun lamp in bathroom to keep you warm while you shower. Hotel provides shuttle service. On site delicious restaurant for meals. Free breakfast. Informative staff. Everyone friendly and nice Stay here if you need a room in Toronto, 🇨🇦 Canada 👍😊

One of the mattresses in room 115 (two queen bed room) stank of urine, to the point of being unusable. I informed the front desk staff, did not get so much as an apology. Would not recommend because of that. Everything else was average, OK.

Checkin and out very easy. Room was ready when we arrived. Room was clean and everything was in place. Staff was very friendly. Pros: Bites restaurant just down the hall. Quite. No water noise ( we were on the ground floor). Cons: breakfast was a little unorganized and frustrating. Food selection was limited. Maybe just because it was busy.
