On their website, they had a promotion, stay two nights at regular price and get two nights free. We made the reservation, stayed the requisite 4 nights, but on check-out, they refused to honor the promotion. The clerk made some reference to them having a computer error which was now fixed, but still insisted on charging us full amount. He...

Good day, After reviewing your feedback, I have to disagree. We do not have such promotions. You may have not viewed our website and could have been a third party site. If you wish to further discuss this, please feel free to reach me at your convenience.

We stayed here for 2 nights, one of which we went to a Jays game. I heard traffic after a game can be ridiculous, but this Inn was a quick drive out of the city- hardly any traffic! The rooms were great! I liked that it had a sitting area with a couch & coffee table. Bathrooms were beautiful and...

Thank you for choosing our Inn for your out of town accommodations. We try our very best to offer the best and most breakfast we can. Does not matter whether it is complimentary or not. Do apologize if you did not enjoy the breakfast part of your stay. Will for sure, share this with the team and see how and...

We stayed one night and was very pleasantly surprised with all aspects of our stay. Great breakfast, nice room, pleasant staff (excepting for a false fire alarm that spurred us to check out earlier than we wanted). Another plus was the ability to park outside the room to bring in and out luggage thru the sliding glass door. Next visit...

We stayed in this hotel when travelling around Canada. It is a fair way outside of Toronto but that just means that it was quiet. They cater to travelling construction workers and general public alike. There is not much to keep children entertained but it is a clean motel with all that you would expect. There are no tea and...

Dear Guest Karen, Thank you for choosing Stay Inn Toronto and sharing your feedback. We are a limited service Inn and try our very best to offer the most we can. Our breakfast room is on the smaller end and we are fully aware of this. Down the road, this room may be expanded, making a very spacious dining area...

Reasonably priced hotel for a two day stay. Continental breakfast included. Nice pillows and towels for comparable hotels. Housekeeping could have been a bit sharper but better than the previous hotel in another city. Would stay here again.

Toronto was very booked when I found this hotel. It is in an older part of Toronto and relitively close to the lake. The room was fairly large and the bathroom and tub was very good with good hot water. The staff was friendly but the biggest issue I had was there was no elevator to the second floor. We...

Hello Guest, thank for you choosing Stay Inn. Toronto can be very busy during these summer months (peak season). But we are glad to have had the opportunity to accommodate you. Yes, we do not have an elevator. However, we are only a two-story hotel and it is very comfortable to navigate around. You can always request ground floor guestrooms...

The hotel is a good hotel with friendly staff. They have a nice big parking lot around. If you wanne go visit Toronto it's just a 20min drive. The hotel also has a great breakfast! Really... We didn't expect much but it was very good! They had lots of different stuff to choose of.

The Stay Inn has been my home for the last 10 months, though it took a lot less time to feel at home. It is clean, comfortable, and relaxed. Staff members work hard to keep the rooms and premises clean and comfortable. They are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help with special requests. I...

Back in Toronto for another visit and we stayed once again at the Stay Inn Hotel. Everything was as excellent as the first time. Comfortable bed, clean, nice room, free parking, internet, reasonably priced. This is an excellent choice if staying on the west side of Toronto, but still accessible to downtown. Highly recommend!
