I dont even know where to started. Room was smell very bad, sheets they probably never washed dirty and broken. Behind the curtain I found dirty tissues. You have common area kitchen and bathroom and both are clean surprisingly. Position I wasn't feel very safe to come back on my own. For same price I could have something better.

This place is awful period, not clean, you have to pay extra for cable TV, which really didn't matter as there was no TV in the room. I was stuck for a hotel , had no choice, and the rate was ridiculous given the poor standards, I would recommend to anyone to NOT stay here, I couldn't wait to check out,

Left me feeling terribly anxious when both my ID and my roommate's were scanned on both sides as well as their visa on both sides. No place does this without having other motives and it's extremely unsettling. I know I need to give my consent before anyone photocopies my ID and I informed the man I want okay with such a thing but he just told me "you should trust me! Nothing bad will happen to you! You can't have it though" and wouldn't give me the photocopy. Really unsure about that. Not only that he mentioned he needed to provide ID for a guy who killed someone and threw his body in a river???? Really unsettling!! The place is nice enough albeit a little stuffy and old but it's the activity at the desk that freaks me right out. Not leaving my valuables in here while exploring. That's for sure. The bed was beyond comfortable with fluffy pillows and a firm mattress I wanted to take home with me. Very, very clean. Very starchy towels and bathrobes but shampoo and conditioner was provided in big bottles! Very pleased by all of the space. Felt like staying at a friend's home. Again, I have to leave a low rating for the really dubious and likely illegal activity at the front desk. Won't be returning and knowing they have my information scanned leaves me anxious even now.

They will try to take as much money from you as they can. Don't believe the rate they give you. Don't believe them when they say you can cancel with 3 days notice. I beg of you to go anywhere but give these awful people your business. The U of T residence is cheap (and nice ppl) in the summer. Or go to a hostel. Or sleep on a bench. Cause that would be better than letting them have any of your money!

Huge common areas, very clean (lots of washroom and showeroom cleaned more than once a day). Room simple but very comfortable. The roof patio is nice and romantic if you like that kind of stuff. The staff is friendly, kind, and also funny! Highly recommended!
