A wonderful first stay at this financial district landmark. 40th floor views of the CN tower, the shoreline, and the whole city were quite something. Every service was provided for, unfailingly courteous staff were always at hand when needed (and not otherwise!) and our Tower...More

We stayed on the 47th floor over looking the lake and the view was spectacular!!! But I was a little disappointed with the room. The decor was pretty much like all the hotels I've stayed in recently...very modern. But what bothered me most was the...More
Great atmosphere, efficient and friendly staff whether your checking in or at the teller bar.
The grand ballroom was incredible and so was the reception for the bride and groom.
I highly recommend the band that the happy couple hired.....

I had a one bedroom suite with a really good city view to the east. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and comfortable as well. Although I used only the coffee maker, my room had a large microwave, a two burner cook top,...More

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.

Hello. I personally really enjoyed the One King West when I needed a one week stay for training because it was central to downtown activities. I also enjoyed the apartment feel and the ability to cook my own meals and relax or study at the end of each day. Enjoy your stay wherever you choose. Hope this helps.

closer hotel options if you want ot be close thees are my suggestions Around the same price point, you may prefer either the , Sheraton Centre (about same disntance as king west hotel), Intercontinental Front St, Fairmont Royal York. all are downtown, technically sheraton centre is the most central. Delta, fairmont and intercontinental are closest to aquarium, aquarium is nice and all (I have been even though I find it kind of cruel) but there are many other things to do besides that.
