I feel so lucky that I could stay at Havinn, B&B when I was in Toronto. The beautiful house, a clean, comfortable room, and a nice host-Gary. Every morning, we always expected our delicious breakfast. It gave us more and more energy to start our journey. On the same time, we also could talk to our roomates, they all came...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, great people, clean place, great location, great breakfast. Our room was very nice and I was very happy there are 3 washrooms, so you rarely had to wait to get in. Highly recommended!!!!

I´ve been for a week in the Havinn, it really is a perfectly clean place to stay. Silent during the night, favourably and just a short walk to Dupont subway station. Also pretty close to downtown Toronto. Most certainly will stay there again my next vacation in Toronto.

It's really good price to stay near downtown! Five minutes walk to the subway station. The beautiful Victorian style house which is my favorite has clean, cozy room. Love bagel and muffin at breakfast. Friendly owner help me out sightseeing plan. Thank you for great hospitality!

I arrived in Toronto at 6 am in the morning exhausted. I called Havinn and heard a friendly voice of a man on the phone. He helped carry my lugguage and prepared a nice bright clean room for me. What impressed me most is the art.in the lobby -- the dark brown round roof and pillars. I slept well that...

Very homely and accommodating B&B in a great location in Toronto. Breakfast was included in the rate. Bear in mind that you do share a bathroom with the other tenets located on the second floor (actually, two bathrooms, but only one has a shower). You also have access to a kitchen with a fridge and microwave should you choose to...

My landlord was going to renovate my bathroom and asked if I could find reasonably priced accommodation for a few days and he would cover the costs. While searching the internet, I discovered three places in close proximity. I visited all three and was given a tour. I chose to stay at Havinn for a couple of reasons, the rooms...

We stayed at Havinn International in April. Havinn located Annex area which is very convenience and safe, close to U of T. The rate was $65.00CAD per night for two of us which is very reasonable price as a guest house in Annex area. Our room has comfortable beds and there are shared bath rooms which are clean and neat....

I am a seasoned traveler and have stayed at hundreds of inns, motels, hotels and B&B's throughout North America. Havinn B&B is, hands down, the best place to stay in Toronto. And surprisingly affordable, too. My travel companion and I stayed at the Havinn B&B just shy of two weeks over the summer. We had a wonderful stay and will...

My friend and I arrived at Havinn B&B in Toronto on a Friday at 11:00pm (at the beginning of October), and found the key and directions to our room hidden in the place where we were told, as we were arriving late. When we got to our room, we found it to have only 1 double bed, instead of 2...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
