Wow, what an impeccable service, we arrived early (6am) very tired and willing to pay anything for an early check in, however we didn't have to pay a cent we were told a room was ready for us and checked in straight away. We were also told that we could have breakfast to relax and unwind. Also were only staying...

This hotel is walking distance to the Metro Convention Center, SkyDome, Ripley's Aquarium and shopping. It has a fantastic breakfast every morning and if you prefer you can cook it yourself as the rooms have a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink and 2 element cook top. They also offer a shopping service to stock your kitchen. I will...

This is a great hotel. I was there every week for months, and my wife came with me for a month. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. I went back a couple of months ago with someone I worked with and they still remembered me. Close to great restaurants and in the heart of...

We stayed here on vacation (from Texas) during our Spring Break which coincided with March Break apparently. Check-in was smooth for our party of 6 and they were able to get us adjoining rooms for our 2 suites. The rooms were immaculate and the largest of any hotel room I've ever stayed in. Very comfortable, great beds, excellent wifi (allowed...

Even tho it was March break and very busy, the staff managed to remain calm and good-natured!! Location of hotel is very good for visiting core city attractions, restaurants, and for using the subway lines. Rooms were very clean.

This hotel was great! I stayed 2 nights, and it was exactly what I'd expected. I didn't expect a 5 star property, but it was very nice! All staff I encountered were extremely helpful, everything was clean, wifi was fast and reliable, breakfast had many options and was pretty tasty, and the pool was decent. I booked and received a...

My first experience with the hotel wasn't very good. The person who booked our room was quite rude on the phone - actually hung up on me when I realized my credit card wasn't near. When I called to speak with a manager she eased my mind and we decided to book a one bedroom suite. When we got to...

Stayed for the first weekend of March break. We realised when we arrived they didn't have parking. We figured $50 for parking for the weekend was doable. Oh. No, that's $50 PER DAY! Then the valet was waiting for his tip. Sorry my friend. You'll have to ask to take your cut out of the $100!!! The rooms were OK....

The hotel has small apartments with kitchens. The room is really lovely and comfortable, with a good size desk in addition to the dining table. A great bed, good shower and nice upscale furniture. Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
