What a fabulous Hotel , we usually stay at four seasons , very good but large . Hazelton hotel is a Boutique style Hotel , with over the top personal service , the Concierge team as well as the front desk , valet ,bar and dining staff, room service and housekeeping took care of all of our needs and more. IT DIDNT STOP Dining was exceptional, elevated transportation, Reservations and tickets to a show we’re all taken care of. We will definitely be making this our number one hotel in Toronto. Can’t wait to go back.
I booked a night's stay and Spa day for my husband's birthday at the Hazelton Hotel this past weekend. From the very first conversation I had with a Hazelton representative to the very end of our stay, the service was nothing short of exceptional. From the valet to the Concierge to the front desk to the Spa staff, we were treated like royalty throughout. The room was beautiful, the birthday package with the balloons and champagne was great, and my husband really enjoyed his scrub and mani+pedi at the spa. Our overall experience was an excellent one and we hope to visit the Hazelton again in the future. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for an amazing weekend!
We just stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Yorkville for our 33rd wedding anniversary getaway. I can’t give the staff from every facet of the hotel enough praise. From arriving and being greeted by the valet to the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and everyone in between, they were all extremely attentive to our needs. The spa treatments both my hubby and I had were one of the best we’ve ever had and we found everyone there also very attentive and engaging. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant however we did have room service and the baked goods were fresh and delicious. The turndown service was still a very nice touch as was the pillow menu. The macarons and cookies placed in our room upon arrival were also a very nice touch. The rooms are a good size especially the well appointed bathrooms and changing areas and the soaker tub for two was just perfect after a day of shopping in our favourite Toronto shopping district. We will definitely be back again for our next anniversary getaway! So glad we chose this hotel over any of the larger chains. You can’t compare the amazing service we experienced!…
We've stayed at several five-star hotels in Toronto, and The Hazelton is going to be our first choice from now on. Like other hotels in the Yorkville area, the hotel is clean, luxurious, and has fantastic amenities. And while I find this hotel one of the most beautiful, where The Hazelton pulls away from the rest is in their customer service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Sarah, in particular, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.
The Hazelton Hotel is the only hotel we will stay in in Toronto. The location is in a great, convenient neighborhood; the rooms and bathrooms are spacious; the amenities are great; and the staff, including the reception staff, concierges, and housekeeping are friendly, welcoming, attentive, and extraordinarily helpful. Unlike most hotels--even expensive hotels--the Hazelton has not cut back on amenities or service, continuing to provide turndown service in the evening, fresh linens and towels morning and evening, and a variety of complimentary snacks daily. The concierges are most helpful and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. The Hazelton is one of the best hotels we have stayed in anyplace in the world.
