All rooms are downstairs. All rooms offer parking right in front of your door. Both wonderful for my wife and myself.
We had a nice queen size bed. The mini-refrigerator worked well. We used the microwave successfully to pop some popcorn. The bathroom was clean and satisfactory. You must run the hot water (the left tap) for some long time but eventually warm water comes out. Our in-the-room telephone also worked satisfactory. Check in was smooth and efficient. And check out was also very satisfactory. The Wi Fi was also good and this is important to me. All in all, it is an average, but certainly satisfactory property. We would stay here again.

The hotel blames the booking system and the booking system blames the hotel. I spent the night sleeping in my pickup.
I strongly encourage anyone considering a stay here to consider all other options first. Unbelievably unethical. Avoid at all costs.
Although the room looked clean, everything is very old and outdated. We did not spend the night and left immediately after we saw the room. This is the worst hotel and customer experience of my life.
The desk attendant is very rude. He lost his temper and was ranting because I brought my expedia travel confirmation with me. I've never had an issue with Expedia; however, I had an issue in the past with a different travel website regarding a "lost" booking and I always carry the information with me, if a problem occurs. The attendant said he does not understand why so many customers bring the travel confirmation with them and he continued to complain in a very angry and hostile tone.
But the room is clean. The bed is comfortable. I have a table to work on with a couple of chairs. There is a fridge and a microwave. Free internet. Free parking. And, it is very inexpensive.
Is this where I would entertain a business client? No. Is this where I would bring my wife or girlfriend for a romantic weekend? Again no.
But it is a great place to crash if what you are looking for is a clean, comfortable and affordable place. I stay here whenever I am in Windsor on business. I rate it a 4 for great value.
The outside of the motel is run down, the office is a cubby hole where you speak to the front desk thru glass and pass your info and pay thru a hole cut into the door.
However, the clerk was friendly and went to make sure the room was ready before I went in.
The parking lot was tidy but again the outside of the rooms were dated.
I was extremely surprised to find the room consisted of a separate bedroom that had the fairly new ac in a window. A small living room that had the tv, fridge and microwave as well as a sofa, small table and chair.
All rooms were fairly updated with tile and carpet.
The bathroom had nice tile walls, and a small sink as well as toilette, of course.
A check of the rooms and bed, which I always do,showed it had been cleaned very well, the towels and bed sheets were crisp and white, the mattress was fairly newer. As I found out later it was also comfortable.
There was no ring around the bathtub which I have found before in a room I've paid much more to rent.
The fridge and microwave were spotless as were the counters.
I was in Windsor for the Johnny Reid concert and found getting to the casino from this motel was a breeze. It took 10 minutes from the time I left at 7:15 to the time I parked at Ceasar Windsor.
It was also close, 5 minutes, to Tayfor rehabilitation hospital. I was able to get a visit in to a friend who is currently there.
All in all, I was very pleased with this out of the way motel. I found it comfortable but no frills.
I will definitely stay again if I need a place!
