I truly think this is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! In fact to call it a hotel is kind of a misnomer…it has so many more amenities than a standard hotel! The “apartment” we had for 2 nights met all of our needs. It was so nice to have an abundance of space while staying in Charlottetown with my parents. We could all start the day with a cup of coffee in the room, before heading down for an exceptional breakfast. And there was plenty of space for us all to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Super comfy beds, tons of towels and toiletries, and even little touches like slippers for us all! We felt like no detail was missed. And just to elaborate a bit more on the breakfast…there were so many options. And freshly cooked food (the staff was peeling potatoes and pan frying them right there). Definitely not your average continental hotel breakfast! For everything this gorgeous property offered we felt the value was fantastic! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful Hotel clean, very professional , staff friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was the best we had . My wife and I stayed in several hotels over the years and would have to classify this as one of the nicest we stayed in, very professional and inviting starting when you turn of street and enter lot which is fenced in with wrought iron . Very highly recommended.

This hotel is "Old World" impressive. From the available free parking around the building to the charming, clean and stylish lobby, the welcoming and helpful front desk staff who seem like partial owners, our party (2 couples - one Canadian and one from the USA) was completed pleased with everything, and much more than satisfied. We shared a 2-bedroom suite that was just fantastic, including the spacious rooms, premium beds and bedding, 2-zone HVAC, stocked kitchen, desk, open-concept great-room/kitchen, premium bathrooms and toiletries, beautiful carpeting throughout the building, hallway amenities, and very impressive and tasty fresh always-stocked hot/cold breakfast, with staff. This was so wonderful, our party unpacked and began discussing how nice it would be to stay there all-year-round.

We had a truly lovely stay at the Sydney Boutique Inn and Suites. We originally booked for three nights in a superior apartment but were enjoying ourselves so much we stayed on for a few more days. The accommodation was perfect with a generous fully fitted out kitchen, lovely living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants and free parking was great.. The staff gave great tips for eating and golfing and we would not hesitate to recommend this as a great place to stay whilst exploring Charlottetown and PEI.

This hotel is so lovely that although my husband has already written a review, I am writing one as well. Being a person who is rather sensitive to light, sounds, smells etc., I rarely find stays outside of my own home to be so comfortable. However, here I have found an oasis! The linens are so soft and laundered with only a very slight scent such that they smell clean and freshly washed, there is the ability to achieve near total darkness thanks to blackout curtains and such peace and quiet that you are barely aware of other guests despite the hotel being full. Our room was impeccably clean, subtlety but tastefully decorated, the staff friendly and attentive and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is also within 10 mins walk from several restaurants of every taste and price point. I could not have asked for a better stay. Perfect.

This place is fantastic. The people who work here, particularly the front desk manager, are just so nice, and kind. The rooms are magnificent with very high ceilings- as is every attention to detail in this adorable boutique hotel. The breakfast is great. If you are going to PEI, and Sydney Boutique has availability, don't even think about booking anywhere else.

This hotel is spectacular. Location Location Location. We were in basement suite and it had to be over 1000 square feet. Very luxurious. A Fairmont feel to it. Tall ceilings. Superb renovation. Two separate bedroom ensuites at opposite ends of suite. Breakfast best ever where included in price. Price would be double in any other Canadian city, and triple in any US vacation spot.
