Cindy greeted us at the door when we arrived, and checked us in quickly and easily, We were spending the night in downtown Charlottetown, and the location was very accessible to all of our stops. Cindy wished us a good evening, and was there to welcome us back when we returned. Both our room, and the rest of the inn was very grand, spotlessly clean and well-decorated. The bed was plush, and it was completely silent out on the street - which we were definitely not expecting in a downtown location! The next morning, Cindy was apologetic about not being able to provide a buffet-style breakfast due to COVID-19, but that was not a problem. She still fixed us a plate of food, and we adored the little animal sculpture she made out of the orange peels on our fruit plate! The building was beautiful, and Cindy was a wonderful and super sweet host! We will definitely stay here again if we stay downtown another time!

Beautiful heritage home which is well appointed. Comfy bed, fabulous breakfasts and relaxing atmosphere. Cyndy is an incredible and gracious hostess who gives helpful advice on restaurants and sites to see in the city. Well worth the $. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a large old home decorated in Asian style. The owners are Asian and a little limited in English. The older lady spoke it well and accommodated a GF need, including a separate toaster for the GF bread. We had a large room on the second floor with a large bathroom. Doors operate with a touch-code system eliminating the need for keys. We enjoyed our stay, but two of the restaurants that she recommended were middling at best. Good location.

Cindy was amazing to work with. She absolutely made the stay worth the money. The gorgeous rooms are just a bonus! Our room was on the third floor. Because it is a historical site, they can’t install elevators. Cindy, who is quite slight of build, immediately grabbed one of our cases and helped carry everything up! Little, but mighty!
