The Inn was great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good sized rooms. We appreciated the common rooms for reading etc and access to drinks and pastries during the day. Pastries were yummy. Knowledgeable of the local restaurants and attractions. We would return.

Thank you for leaving a review! We're so glad you took advantage of our free treats! All were made from scratch on site like our breakfast pastries. Thank you too for letting us share our city with you, we're so glad to have helped point you in the right directions. Our sunroom is a great place to read a book...

Love this charming property! During check-in, I mentioned that we would be leaving early in the morning to catch the ferry to Nova Scotia. The gal at the front desk offered to pack a breakfast for us which was ready when we departed. Easy walking distance to lots of good dinner choices, too.

Thank you for your review! We're glad our location was so convenient for you, we certainly are located close to all the deliciousness the Island has to offer. Our "breakfasts-to-go" are offered for anyone leaving before our continental breakfast (7:30a-9:30a) opens. We hope we'll see you again soon!

Really nice place that is excellently located to the downtown area. Nicest bed on our trip and HUGE room (we were 2 people with 2 large and 2 small suitcases and had no cramping issues). Breakfast was a decent buffet with lovely live guitar music making a delightful way to start the day. The staff were awesomely friendly and helpful....

Thank you for your review! The live music was new and on a trial run. We're so glad you enjoyed it and are certainly looking at maintaining it for the coming year. Thank you for mentioning our spacious Standard rooms, they do allow lots of space to breathe and relax. We look forward to seeing you again!

A great location in a neighborhood of lovely houses -- in walking distance to the city center and also near the harbor walk. We appreciated the amenities: a small refrigerator in our room as well as access to a larger refrigerator and coffee and tea making supplies in the common kitchen; a washer, dryer and ironing board in the basement;...

We stayed at the Sonata Inn for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff was competent, friendly and efficient. Location was fine. They even had soy and almond milk at breakfast; a real treat for me as I'm lactose intolerant!

We booked here for 5 nights while visiting PEI. This is a lovely property right at the edge of town...well within walking distance but quiet and residential. We had a rather large room with 2 full beds and a futon as well...lots of room. There is a flat screen TV, AC and good wifi. There was a fridge, but the...

Thank you for writing a review! We're glad you took advantage of our common kitchen, and found our rooms to be clean and comfortable. We recently changed the window coverings and walls to open up our dining rooms and engage the big windows for bright morning breakfasts. Concerning the hall carpets, we are delighted to say that they will be...

Our stay at the Sonata Inn was absolutely wonderful! The location was fabulous, in a neighborhood that housed both B&B's and homes, yet only a short 10 minute walk to downtown Charlottetown. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite on the third floor, and it was 10x bigger than we expected! The staff was very nice, and the breakfast area was...

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you could stay with us for your visit to our beautiful Island. We enjoyed our stay at the Sonata Inn once again - however we were disappointed that there was not a hot breakfast option. There is however a nice continental breakfast if that works for you. The staff are all amazing and helpful. This B&B is very conveniently located and within walking distance of many of Charlottetown's attractions.
