I stayed at the Dawson House B&B for three nights (end of Sept./beg. of Oct.) and I couldn't have selected a better place! From the moment I arrived, Randy & Stacey were so warm & welcoming! I truly felt this was my home away from home, while in PEI. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer! Stacey & Randy are honestly the most down-to-earth, genuine and caring hosts I've ever encountered while travelling (and I've travelled extensively). I highly recommend this wonderful B&B to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay in Charlottetown!

Room Tip: I stayed in the only room on the third floor - it was beautiful, with windows on three sides.

Randy and Stacy were so welcoming and helpful. We loved our trip to PEI and the stay at The Dawson House was on the top of our list. The breakfast was outstanding and the atmosphere was gracious and friendly. We came as guest and left as friends.

Attention to every detail is to be found at The Dawson House. Clean, bright, cheery, warm and welcoming. The home is dripping in Victorian splendor and friendliness. Breakfast is much like that found at Downton Abbey! :-) GF bread in the offering as well. Host and Hostess are extremely pleasant...they make a great team. Off street parking. We highly recommend this lovely accommodation. Well done Stacey and Randy!

Stayed here for a couple of nights, which wasn't long enough to see all Charlottetown offered, but our stay was highlighted by this accommodation. Randy and Stacy have created a wonderful, friendly, clean business. All that you need in a B&B. From our late arrival, which Randy waited for us, to our departure both hosts could not do enough to help or offer advice. Stacy's breakfast were amazing and we were not left wanting. Our attic bedroom and bathroom were lovely although the air con was a must on the warmer summer day. Would not hesitate to recommend Dawson House for accommodation in Charlottetown.

Thank you for such a lovely review... it was a pleasure hosting you! As we both work outside of the B&B, we don't always have time to respond to all of our reviews... but now that we are slowing down a wee bit, I'll make the time. It is guests such as yourselves that allow us to love what we do as a living. We absolutely love it when people come to our Island and enjoy it as much as we do. Take care and hope to see you again! Randy and Stacey
