When we got in the room strong smell smoke. well unpacking are car people who live in the holtel all year started walking around my car swearing blowing smoke at us with alcohol in there hands (tuesday morning)like tring to intermediate us .my kids were scard! went for a walk on the "board walk" run down broken glass spray paint over everting people walking around defiantly on some kind of drugs when we returned to are hotel to find people standing and sitting right in front of are room with music blaring they said cuple thing to us then we pack up and got the heck out of there i fear what would of happend if we stayed ive herd since are stay that summerside is struggling with a drug problem and its defiantly clear at this motel…
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. We were upgraded to an efficiency room (the appliances were clean and worked). It is an older building but nicely kept. The owner is friendly and there are many restaurants and a grocery store close by.
Comfy bed but no extra pillow(s) or shampoo. The location is close to restaurants and not far off the Trans Canada. I wouldn't be afraid to stay here again. This is not a place to splurge on but adequate for a good nights sleep.
Well going cheaper sometimes is not a bad thing, well in this case....HORRIBLE decision. I felt awful that I booked three rooms here for three couples. Smells were awful, not clean enough, and I believe bathrooms at the bates motels would have been cleaner and more user friendly. I do not recommend this place for anyone.
Was just looking for a quick stopover and found this place to be very inexpensive so I figured it wouldn’t be very nice but it has a full kitchenette- with fridge and stove and microwave and it was very clean and beds were comfy as well. I am impressed
