Beautiful room, tasty food at the restaurant. Everything was perfect.
The staff was very friendly. The room was just amazing, very clean and we had a great night sleep in the very confortable beds.

We stayed for 2 days while in area, and we loved it. Every single staff person we came across was doing a great job. The attention to detail is noticeable, from the quality bedding and toiletries to Riedel wine glasses and the choice of tisanes in the room. We enjoyed the gym, the super clean swimming pool and the hot tubs. The common areas are open, bright and beautiful and breakfast buffet was really good. Considering all the public health challenges due to the pandemic, they are very well organized. The instruction provided are clear and practical, so at the same time one feels safe and respecting the rules AND enjoying their stay almost as if the life were back to normal. We were disappointed though that the restaurant was closed both days, Sunday and Monday, (and so were all the other non-chain restaurants in the area), but it seems customary in the area.

We where here for a hockey tournment. Great locatio, IGA across the street, a mall walking distance, also Starbucks. Check in was good. Room was nice and clean just hate the carpet in the rooms, it's all renovated, bath robs, slippers, coffee, hairdryer, there is also a safe in the room, an ipad, water bottles, fridge, iron and ironing board, all other basic toiletries. Indoor Pool,and a spa. Just find that they are a little strict, we had to pay for a conference room, which we weren't able to eat nor drink in the room, and we had specific hours to be in the room. Never did we have to pay for a conference room at any other hotel. Also with their masks they actually chase you if you aren't wearing one, seriously. Very annoying. First floor has 1 set of washer and dryer Free Breakfast was great, you need to give your room number when you go so if you want to go again they will charge you, there is omelette, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, juice, coffee etc.. Overall it was a good stay!!!

Used to be fantastic… Cleanliness has decreased. Untrained and unsupported staff on duty. You need to ask cleaning of your room for stays longer than one day, however was never notified about this. Staff could not even explain why room was not cleaned ?!? If they do « refresh » your room, do not expect them to make your bed…
Buffet used to offer fresh juices in the morning, you now get cheap concentrated bottled juice.
Not sure I will go back. I don’t feel I’m getting my money’s worth any longer…

Beautiful new hotel with horribly slow internet speeds not up to the needs of business travellers. Such a high end expensive hotel should have faster speeds than the average traveller low end motel in Canada. Most of the staff seems not to care much about guests, except the cleaning ladies.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable (loved all the pillows on the bed) and well located. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. I tend to be very critical of hotels and usually carry my own Lysol wipes, but I have zero complaints. If I was forced to add a negative, it would be to add a bench in the showers to allow the ladies to easily shave. In all honesty, this hotel has thought of everything. My favorite thing were the slippers. As a business traveller who is in heels or boots all day, being able to slip in to slippers was golden. Thank you OTL!!!!

We booked this hotel for 3 nights to relax and unwind after our daily hiking & kayaking in the region. We were delighted with the well appointed and quiet rooms, the attention to detail along with the extra amenities, the excellent service by all the staff, and the relaxing spa which was a welcome retreat at the end of each day. The morning breakfast started our day and in the evening Boefish is a top notch spot for dining, First class! Totally spoiled and relaxed! Merci!

The level of service is second to none. The staff are very attentive to customer needs and requirements. The front-line staff have been well-trained by the management. The hotel is very well suited for traveling guests with clean rooms and dinner at the Boefish restaurant.

Excellent hotel a little bit out of town in busy commercial district, on busy road.
Room was good size and well appointed - hotel feels very new.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Plenty of free onsite parking.
Hotel has a nice restaurant and bar attached but plenty others short walk away.
Breakfast was included and was of a decent standard with good choice. Is self service with throw away plates etc. but was one of the best so far one the trip even compared to some high end big city hotels.
If in the area again would definitely consider this hotel.

You would think that there is no decent hotel in such a small town. Boy, you are wrong. Saguenay is small but the OTL Gouverneur Saguenay and a city park, Parc de la Riviere-du-Moulin, are the most pleasantest surprises in such a small city. The hotel is very new and located on a busy street in the mall area of Saguenay. The facilities are very new and luxurious, with pleasant staff, delicious and nutritious breakfast, comfortable beds, and modern decoration. It is worth every penny.
