Not that impressed! Was clean but bed in the “comfort room” not that comfortable; A/C was very loud; Keurig did not have coffee pods available in room, had to ask for them at the main desk; hair dryer did not work; tried to use a night light in bathroom, but outlet didn’t work when overhead light turned off. Breakfast room very clean, but the “attendant” micromanaged everything, food intake limited to a certain amount, couldn’t use paper cups for drinks; hot eggs and sausages only available on weekend, not weekdays. Stayed here by mistake ( meant to reserve somewhere in Longueuil). It was a long drive to the city of Montreal. Will definitely not stay here again.

Le Fabreville has suites for romantic gateway all with different themes. It is really fun and exciting to have a double bath in the room to relax and have some good time while enjoying a glass of wine. The bed was great and comfy. We were in the room called « La Safari » which has kind of a cage inside. These suites are definitely there for sexy time and it is perfect for it! Good size tv and electric fireplace to get the mood going :) they have all kinds of adding you can purchase to make it even more interesting.
I have to mention that sometimes included breakfast are just meh. But the little breakfast spot is super cute and well I gotta day everything was really good. France, the lady taking care of the breakfast, is a sweetheart. She took care explaining the ins and outs. Pastries were actually warm! That’s rare in a continental breakfast. Eggs and sausages were a great add on where sometimes you go to much more expensive places and you have only cereals and muffins.
Really pleasant experience ! Will go back and experience another theme :)

Stayed here for the second time in December. Great overall experience. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Rain showers, hottubs, mirroirs everything for a good time. I paid approximately 120$ both times for suites, they have promotions often best to check on there website. They have basic motel rooms at a cheaper rates if thats what you're looking for. I definetly recommend staying here.

This motel is very average ,I really don't know why it was referred by TripAdvisor as excellent motel in Laval.First of all,it was located in a remote area, the street is ridden and bumpy road,a really poor area of Laval.I booked this hotel for 5 nights because of positive rating and recommendation of Tripadvisor, and upon my arrival at 10PM,I regret deeply my booking!First, the Clerk working at the Front Desk asked my Credit Card and hastily charged me $490.00 (taxes included) while on my booking, the total would be $384.00 (before taxes) ,he didn't want to give me a receipt ..I can't imagine taxes would cost more than $100.00 knowingly that the GST and PST combined is less than 15% in Quebec. When I opened the door,it smelled weird and the Air Conditioner is not a split as in good hotel.this one is old and I have to plug and unplug to put it on/off (beside it's very noisy this Air Cond). The bathroom is clean ,but has only 2 bath towels + 2 small ones of cheap quality. We left some candy on the night table and the next morning, there are numerous back ants running there! For breakfast (included) it's the worst I ever had as continental breakfast offered by hotel: only some cold boiled eggs, some cold cinnamon rolls ,crescents and cereal, (the next days,we didn't even mind to go back for this free continental breakfast).Services are kept at the bare minimum as the Maid do the cleaning only every 2 days.
Frankly I felt misguided by reviews and recommendation of TripAdvisor.Prices/quality ratio: not worth the stay in this Motel.

The last two reviews of this place that were posted just prior to mine almost had me cancelling my reservation. I'm glad I trusted my gut and kept it. This place was great!

I'll get some of the negatives out of the way first.
The area surrounding this motel is pretty unexciting. There isn't anywhere to go other than a few restaurants. So don't bother getting there early thinking you can kill some time exploring the area. There is nothing to do.
My wife and I arrived around noon and decided to check in to see if maybe the room was ready. It still needed to be cleaned, which is understandable considering check in wasn't until 4pm. They did mention though that we could come back around 2pm and the room would be ready.
When we came back at 2pm, the girl at reception had no idea that we had even begun the check in process and didn't have anyone clean the room because she didn't think anyone was staying in it. Kind of a let down, but after all was said and done, we were still in the room just before 4pm. So no big deal.

That's where the negatives stop. Once you walk inside the room, the outside world is forgotten. It was very tastefully decorated with a very sexy atmosphere. We chose the Nirvana room which was just awesome! Jacuzzi tub for two, fantastic mood lighting, rain shower, smoke machine and a nice comfy queen size bed. The room truly does provide a wonderful escape from reality. It puts you in the mood for love without giving you that icky feeling you get staying in some of the sleazy places that are out there.

There is a small fridge that we were able to keep some wine and sandwiches in. Also, a tiny table for two if you wanted to sit down and have a meal.

Just check out their website for all the info. Our room looked exactly like the pics that were on there. In fact, it very much exceeded our expectations.

For the price you pay, this place simply cannot be beat when it comes to a theme suite motel. If you are looking to reignite the spark in your relationship, or maybe you just want to treat yourselves to a night of fun book this place. You will thank me ;)

While waiting to check in to this hotel, which is located in the projects, the folks in front of us in line discovered that their reservation for two rooms had been lost. Luckily for them, the hotel also made a mistake with our booking (we reserved one room, and they had two for us) so we gave those folks our rooms and hightailed it out of there. I've never been so glad to have mistakes made in the booking process.

While the staff was very helpful, I am glad we didn't stay here. I am sure the renovated rooms are nice, but the motel was honestly scary looking and in a rough part of town. The truth is, of course, you get what you pay for and this is a cheap motel close to Montreal. But if you are looking for a deal and a place to feel safe and clean, this one is not for you.

We go to Laval and Montreal at least once a year. Whenever we do, a suite at Le Fabreville is a must. They are more money than their regular rooms, yes, but they're absolutely worth it. We've probably stayed in six different ones by now. They're always very clean. The jacuzzi tubs are excellent, the fireplace compliments the overall atmosphere nicely.

They're perfect suites for a romantic or even just a relaxing stay. Free TV, a small stereo system in the suite, water in the fridge, free internet, great service, pretty average continental breakfast. They always have little extras for sale that compliment the theme of the suite you're staying in.

It's a great motel. It's a little out of the way but very easy to get to. It's every bit as reasonable, if not more so, than less desirable properties in downtown Montreal. It's an overall excellent value and sure to make for a very pleasant stay that won't make you eager to check out.

My wife and i have almost tried all their suites, it's always clean and quiet. The suite with the giant circular bath is amazing even if the bath take for ever to fill, never ran out of hot water. The wide selection of suite type is for every accommodating.

I booked a regular room at the Fabreville for my family during the hollidays and the really enjoyed it. The rooms were very clean spacious and you couldn't hear your neighbours.. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice and gave us great service. The breakfast was nothing fancy but it was good.
