I stayed here in August 2022 for 5 nights. The hotel is pretending to be better than it is, but I think it's a victim of its own attitude. It's a motel, so your door opens out to the perking lot, which was pothole-filled and quite uneven. As well, you're treated to all the conversations and noise from the other guests as they move between their cars and their rooms, as the doors and windows are not sound proof. The rooms are fairly small, but good enough if you're only sleeping there. The bed was not very comfortable; almost too soft, and the closet is not huge. Perhaps the worst thing is the housekeeping. The housekeepers are wonderful, and they work really hard, but you have to sign up for it when you arrive at the motel. We were not informed of this upon arrival, and sat for 3 days without fresh towels and a seriously messy floor (imagine walking into your bedroom from outside every day with dirty shoes). When I finally went to the office to ask for some clean towels, they informed me that I had to sign up for housekeeping when I arrived. Perhaps this could have better served me if they had told me this when I arrived! The location is good, there are a lot of restaurants and shops around, but you need a car. Do not choose this hotel if you're not planning on having a car, otherwise you'll be stuck out in the suburbs with limited ways to get into Montreal. Ultimately, for the price we paid, we expected more and didn't get it.

The room smelled a bit musty. I used my Lysol wipes to wipe the floor. It will be great if the floors get washed. How about putting a mirror and a garbage can in the room. The only mirror and garbage can there are in the washroom. For safety, we could use a handle bar at the shower area. I think current room is over priced.

Wish I could give 0 rating. I arrived at 11 pm, the reception was closed. No one to check us in. The email confirmation we got didn’t say anything about a certain time limit for check in. No one helped us even the next day. They somehow gave our 3 night booking to another customer and left us stranded for two more nights. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Nothing special about this motel. Room was very small. Floors weren't cleaned in several weeks - I wore my white socks for about 10 minutes and noticed the soles were black with dirt. Will not return.
