I stayed here in August 2022 for 5 nights. The hotel is pretending to be better than it is, but I think it's a victim of its own attitude. It's a motel, so your door opens out to the perking lot, which was pothole-filled and quite uneven. As well, you're treated to all the conversations and noise from the other guests as they move between their cars and their rooms, as the doors and windows are not sound proof. The rooms are fairly small, but good enough if you're only sleeping there. The bed was not very comfortable; almost too soft, and the closet is not huge.

Perhaps the worst thing is the housekeeping. The housekeepers are wonderful, and they work really hard, but you have to sign up for it when you arrive at the motel. We were not informed of this upon arrival, and sat for 3 days without fresh towels and a seriously messy floor (imagine walking into your bedroom from outside every day with dirty shoes). When I finally went to the office to ask for some clean towels, they informed me that I had to sign up for housekeeping when I arrived. Perhaps this could have better served me if they had told me this when I arrived!

The location is good, there are a lot of restaurants and shops around, but you need a car. Do not choose this hotel if you're not planning on having a car, otherwise you'll be stuck out in the suburbs with limited ways to get into Montreal.

Ultimately, for the price we paid, we expected more and didn't get it.

The room smelled a bit musty. I used my Lysol wipes to wipe the floor. It will be great if the floors get washed. How about putting a mirror and a garbage can in the room. The only mirror and garbage can there are in the washroom. For safety, we could use a handle bar at the shower area. I think current room is over priced.

Apart from a very good welcome upon our arrival, the rest leaves something to be desired.
Our room was more or less clean, especially the floor. The bedding was correct. The air conditioning was too strong and had to be turned off.
As for the NON-EXISTENT Wi-Fi!
We had to leave the room, this one located at the bottom of the motel, to have a minimum of in vain and in addition a smell of vomit in front of the doors.
Not great!

Stayed one night only and it did what it needed to do for a great price. Our first rooms phone and tv did not work but was immediately moved to another room where everything worked. Great front desk reception. Will stay again for one night if needed.

Wish I could give 0 rating. I arrived at 11 pm, the reception was closed. No one to check us in. The email confirmation we got didn’t say anything about a certain time limit for check in. No one helped us even the next day. They somehow gave our 3 night booking to another customer and left us stranded for two more nights.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The room was horribly dirty,
Small insect in the bed on the floor in the shower (a bit everywhere) the bed was not washed (dirty sheets) hair hairs and so on oily handprints on the walls and headboard there was dirt dust everywhere! There were literally traces of poo on the shower towels!! I have seen much better 3 stars really! Don't sleep there!
The employee who was in the evening was stupid and arrogant and did not want to reimburse my boyfriend before 10 a.m. the next day. He had to threaten to involve the police in this, the employee ended up accepting.

Do yourself a favor and pay more to go elsewhere. Dust deposits on the tables, yellow slides on the walls, unpleasant smell. Shady people coming in and out of the hotel, cardboard walls. Being a single woman, I didn't feel comfortable there and preferred to leave after an hour and lose $100 to go elsewhere.
