Great location, nice staff, and super clean :) We enjoyed this hotel although the city was half empty and half-closed before the quarantine. The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. My little son especially liked the nice warm pool on the 11th floor.

Hotel's Favourite
Rooms were spacious (double queen). Staff were polite and courteous. Great central location. We walked to McGill U (5 minutes), Old Montreal (20 minutes), and Schwartz deli was only 15 minute walk away. Secure access to elevators and hotel via room card. Relatively safe neighborhood. Swimming pool and jacuzzi open!

Clean, quiet, restaurant for breakfast only. Really close to shopping on St Catherine's Street, chocolate shops, metro, McGill, and lots of fun stuff. Good restaurants are very close by. The staff were friendly, gave us early check-in, stored our bags on the day we left so we could walk around without them. Comfortable bed, microwave and fridge in the room. It was everything we needed.

- unnecessary single-use plastic stuff instead of reusable; - single-use plastic cutlery and cups for guests, while they could easily be metal/hard plastic reusable, just like in more conscious hotels; - anachronistic single-use plastic capsules for coffee/tea in the rooms (the world is going greener and we still find these shameful solutions); - water in disposable plastic bottles; - no environmental policy visible anywhere in the premises. Running a business just in order to make money without considering the environmental needs is not ethical, and not an option anymore.

They are following outdated anti-environmental rules chosen by the management: this is typical in big companies that prefer cheaper solutions (polluting by using single-use plastic disposable stuff) than to be environmentally correct. Will gladly come back again when these issues have been addressed.

Great pool and hot tub with a view! Was super thankful for a late checkout! We were happy to be able to leave our bags until 12am seeing family out on the town. Working in the lobby area was nice and peaceful.
