Stayed in 2 different rooms as I had to extend my stay by 1 day. The hotel is very close to restaurants and the bus, I had to commute to Hochelaga every day, so that was very convenient. Both rooms were very clean, tidy and very comfortable. The first room I was In had a nice kitchen, perfect for longer...

Great place, awesome loft rooms and very friendly Only the breakfast looks a bit like in a good hostel. But there's good bread - no glutenfree, croissants... But a place which is worth to come to stay here. And you are already close to a lot of good places

We booked a weekend away from our kids to relax and get away. They had an event on the Saturday night which was so loud we couldn't sleep until after 2:00. I find this disappointing that the only night away I have to hear loud music and not get a good night sleep. If I knew there was an event...

The hotel is tucked away in an alley. It's super cool. Felt like the mad hatter hotel. The lift to your room is like a room itself. The rooms are spacious and designed to the same quirky themes. The staff are friendly and breakfast is included. There are heaps of bars and restaurants on the street. All round winner

The generously sized (around 800 square feet) room was well laid out and beautifully appointed, with comfortable and attractive furnishings: two couches, several chairs, a dining table, a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchen. There was a ton of natural light, and in all it was extremely pleasant. Breakfast (included) was good-quality continental. Wifi was free and fast. The location is...

The position is really interesting, centre of Montreal. Quiet but walking distance from a lot of restaurants and pubs. Rooms are like big apartments. Staff friendly and professional A really great surprise!

So this is one interesting hotel! It's built in what was an old parking structure/warehouse, and every room is unique and stylish. The rooms are HUGE! There's a kitchen, dining table and more, as well as sofa's, tv, bed, etc. The elevator is an experience - it too is huge and old school, with a pull down metal screen. The...

Hotel is ultra spacious and modern. Room we stayed in was on the ground floor and had access through the main reception. It had everything advertised (e.g. full kitchen, bathroom, large living area). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Area is really good with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again for sure.

This hotel is just off rue st Dennis. it is in the student /university area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Takes about 20 mins to walk to the old port area. The rooms and bathrooms are enormous. Beds are comfortable and air con efficient. The front desk staff are helpful and the breakfast supplied is more than adequate...

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
