Insensitivity, lack of empathy, money is only what counts above all other considerations for the management of this establishment. And the discussion with the operations director leads to this unpleasant feeling of being fooled... Never again this hotel for me. Never again this channel. There are so many better places in Montreal to give your money without being treated like a common number and where they will have the decency to make you feel like an honest customer while appreciating having them

We did business with the Best Western Ville-Marie Montréal as part of the World Figure Skating Championships which were held at the Bell Centre. We held training meetings there in the morning and activities at the Bell Center in the afternoon. We received a very professional welcome from the first approaches; a big thank you to Rafik Zikry who was able to clearly identify our needs. The meeting room was perfect and our participants enjoyed their stay. The rooms were more than adequate. The proximity to the Bell Center has made travel easy for all our members. We would like to thank the entire team who made these activities possible. There is no doubt that if the opportunity to meet people in downtown Montreal arises, we will call on the Best Western Ville-Marie and its team again. THANKS

This is the worst hotel stay I ever had , It is a gratified and expensive Airbnb with the worst host ever. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I have stayed there consistently since 1998, I have gone up to Montreal for the Jazz Festival for many years and always stay there because you are two train stops away from the Place des Arts and a 8 minute walk to Crescent St.. The Cafe in the lobby is far better and more quaint than the Starbucks across the street. It has all that I need. Staying there again in July 2025 for the Jazz Festival.

For the last several years, we have been holding an annual full day conference for about 45 participants at the Mount Royal Room of this hotel. We are completely satisfied and keep going back.
